2006 Civic fan was making a buzzing noise. Inspected the fan and didn't find anything. Went to pick-a-part, found a perfectly good one for $13, popped it in, 3- T20screws, done! No more noise.

Thank you for sharing. Much appreciated. I had to take my glove box off to diagnose a vibration and might as well check the blower and lube it while there’s plenty of working room.

2013 just started really making noise. I don't see any debris, so I appreciate this video. Thank you sir!

Good video thanks. It sounds like your problem was the same as mine. Seems like an easy enough fix.

$122 part though. But what would you expect for an OEM part? You know it won't be cheap.

yes easy fix everything accessible. I always use OEM if i can afford it.

@@databug88 Yeah, me too on the OEM. The aftermarket part looks to run around the $40 range, but you don't know what you're getting.

I have a 2015 Honda Accord. The fan blower is making funky noises and every now and then it won’t work until I start driving for awhile and then I’ll turn off circulate and it’ll start working. Fans going bad I guess so this video is super clutch. I’m sure it wasn’t the easiest to film this while all twisted up under the dashboard.

Yes i was all twisted under dash ! If your fan is coming on intermittently it may be the fan resistor pack gone bad. the noise typically from something in fan cage like a leaf.

Hello, Sir. How is your 2000 toyota camry? Is it still driveable? I have one as well and the head gasket replacement was easy because of your video. Two thumbs up! :)

Thanks for this video! Are you able to show where the resistor is? is the resistor hard to replace as well?

    • @databug88

I all of a sudden have a noise coming from my passenger side dash and it's very annoying at highway speeds. The noise is there with and without the air or heat blowing. What could this be?
