Can you help me I have the right NTG display but unable to access it either by the command knob or touchscreen. How do I get the command knob to work on the NTG SCREEN?
I get signal but now I am having an issue where there is no bass, no matter what input selection I am using (even through the NTG system like CD). It's like the subwoofers are no longer being used. I think it may be caused by using the physical USB/AUX input but no sure how to fix it
Please can you help me ? I installed an Android like that one on my glk 2010 but sometimes it make problem with the automatic transmition it changes before and even in manual mode and mal function with Fap filter sensor
hello friend. from the switch of lights on or automatically. i can't use navigation, i see only car radio (ntg) when i turn on lights or only then i can see normal screen navigation, ntg;... did i install something wrong?
Screen is blacking out after 5 days of use. Radio still plays but the screen is completely unresponsive I tried powering off and on the infotainment and still no luck. Not even showing the backup camera or anything. Any ideas? I'm desperate
my problem is even in android mode i see the ntg menu in background and i have green marks in ntg menu mode. device is flackering. i tried many resolutions
@@hedzt6667 I reset the screen and it solved! There are two holes on the left side of the screen. The top hole is the reset button. Enter a pin for a few seconds to reset it.
DMP Car Design Australia I was able to resolve that issue. Just a learning curb. But now having trouble with the split screen. I was able to change the mph and map my map waze instead of google map
I ask my question in case someone can answer me, I have a mercedes c230 2009, with NGT 4.0 and I installed my screen, I went to the factory settings and I tried different checkings and stuff but my screen sound doesn't work, original radio sound works fine, but if I put spotify on the screen it doesn't work, the only time the sound worked is when 'someone calls me, the screen ringing is on. Everything else works on the device. Thank you

Make sure you removed Orange colour fiber optic cable from factory quadlock connector and fixed to screen quadlock connector that goes to original head unit. Also, select aux in ntg menu media and connect the aux our cable to ami port in the glove box. You should get sound

NTG oem menu worked fine until today. when i switch to the oem menu now i just see a black screen after the boot logo. audio (radio,cd) works. the fuse for the command is fine, settings still show the correct set up for the oem display, no reset worked (10 sec on cd eject) what else can i do?

@@tonigracia1778 la pantalla que montamos fue una NTG 5.0 surgieron muchos problemas pero al final se pudo excelente mi cliente quedo satisfecho

My rotary knob stopped working in NTG menu. It still works on Android and on native GPS. Does anyone know the solution?
