It's good to hear you're ok. Honestly it's nice that because so many are struggling with depression because of how shitty some form of higher power has made things that everyone has someone to help them understand what they're going through or they have a way of reaching out.
Depression is an internal battle. Once you start to take ownership, you can start to heal.

@@kalebsmith4746 yes it is because it might seem easy but it can decline in an instant you can start to not perform at anymoment and if you do you might have no degrees and career ro pursue so it s pretty much you have to perform or you have nothing and if you are 25 or more it s gonna be hard and even if you perform especially in the pro scene alot of them are ignoring real life friends do sports ect so yea it can definitly affect you mentally but depends on the person of course

I'm sad for you man...try to play some sports or hang out with friends ; I was suffering from depression too and many others, you can take a break from yt and do what you really want and like.
Even if what you like is playing RL you should take a lil break.

I'm new to this game, 300 hours I realize with everything there is a whole fit. When I push the left joystick of my controller up, the nose of the car goes up and I fly towards the ceiling, and when I descend, I move towards the ground. I do everything upright and everything opposite. So the joystick for a forward somersault, my attention is the opposite for a back somersault. Will there be a dice for me on this? I played like this for 300 hours. Should I change it? (I want the opposite to place many items.) I would be very glad for my advice....

Nah, back to reality, that was a really unexpected decision for me, always when I thought ,,OSM" the first thing that was coming to my mind was ,,It's PULSE OSM, one of the bosses of freestyling" and now it's like ,,OSM" and just it.

If you want to improve your mental health I recommend journaling. Definitely the best way to see your thoughts for what they are, and change them for the better.
