Two comments - Pocket screws should be used in the pocket holes. Looks like you used wallboard screws, which can cause the wood to split in the pocket. Also, the hard plastic feet could easily slide around on that tile floor, so a soft rubber version would be better.
The wood is 3/4" thick pine. It not difficult to rotate. A child shouldn't carry the whole thing across the house but it should be fairly easy to rotate.
