PAPS Summer Sport Singles 06-11-2024 Week 6 - I got it figured out, No I don't

Week six of the Pin Action Pro-shop Summer sport series and we are rolling on Brunswick's Red Crown Series 2014 Asian Games Challenge. See the details below.
Still struggling as I still am having timing issues. Positive that it is with my footing. I am too fast to the line and that causes me to stop before I am ready to release the ball. This then makes be "feel" like I am sticking and then short arming the ball AKA starting the lawnmower. I have a few ideas on how to correct, just not need to implement them during this next week
