      Look I wanted Pochettino gone. But let's be honest here, they were equally terrible if not more. We won 4-2 (despite the Mudryk instead of Sterling sub fiasco, and a freak Disasi own goal). Below are the team stats from the game:
      Shots: Chelsea (26) - Leicester (5)
      Shots on target: Chelsea (8) - Leicester (1)
      Possession: Chelsea (60%) - Leicester (40%)
      Passes: Chelsea (584) - Leicester (400)
      Pass accuracy: Chelsea (85%) - Leicester (81%)
      Fouls: Chelsea (10) - Leicester (12)
      Corners: Chelsea (7) - Leicester (3)
      That's not outplaying at all. You'll say he had worse players; yes of course and he lost like any other below average manager. Had the best players in Championship and only won it by 1 point.
      Sure let's give him time. But let's not act like we've actually hired Pep.

      If we mess up again, my anger will more be vented on the directors. Hiring a championship manager is not a risk a club like Chelsea have to take. Journalists painted very bad picture that 10 candidates rejected Bayern, but it is not true. Nagelsman didn't rejected them just signed new contract with Germany. Glasner, Tenhag, Alonso and Rangnick were on Bayerns list but they took decision before Bayern even were able to talk to them. @globeExplorer365 Před měsícem +1

      I agree that we need to move on, but Poch has been good bruv. What you dont realize is, like what Lampard said, that dressing room was dysfunctional. Poch came in and addressed that. Lets give him credit for that and the way the team has been playing. This guy had half of the team injured and managed to give us 6th place. Some fans will never be grateful

    • @lobsang9816
      @lobsang9816 Před měsícem +3

      Since the time of Tuchel, We always had atleast 6 players out on most of the matchday. But that is beyond the point though. What Poch ultimately achieved was in the bracket of satisfactory. We are comparing his improvement based on Lampards and Potters' performance, midtable ce at best. But we arent midtable club, we should be doing better. Barring the final few games, we had been as chaotic as before. But wouldnt you agree that we could have lost few of those games such as vs Bounemouth and Brighton coz we were quite poor in them. We may have scored more and created more this season but we also conceded in record numbers. But there are much more reason why it is right decision for Poch to be sacked because, firstly it corrects a wrong decision we made in appointing him in the first place- Poch has one of the worst record in terms of stats amongst today's more reknowned managers, and he lacks reputable trophies to show. His profile is wrong for Chelsea project all along; what's the point of keeping a manager that is not your long term plan just because he is doing some good things. He lacks authority and assetiveness, lacks tactical acumen and connection with fans. He didnt improve youth players as i hoped. The point is that there aren't enough pull factors in Poch's favor at all. But all said and done, we can only get out of this mess if we select a proper replacement. Hopefully, Maresca will succeed.

    I never imagined you were so delusional, honestly, I always had the concept that you were a positive and somewhat naive guy, but this kamikaze campaign in trying to go against the owners and sports directors and big part of the fanbase, for a manager as mediocre as Pochettino is beyond my comprehension.
