Hello Benitah 👋 awesome vlog.for the food when preparing next time, don't just cut the leaves of the onion when cooking.you also cook the stem of the onion after washing it and peeling off the roots (that have the soil).the stem is infact the most nutritious part.stay Blessed dear❤

something else dear, for the meat after washing,add some white vinegar.it prevents meat contamination since you don't know the source of where the meat came from hence will reduce chances of you getting food poisoning due to food contamination.😊
