PHC Pile Production & Pile Driving in Bismayah New City

- Hanwha E&C started production of PHC (Pre-stressed High-strength Concrete) pile inside of Bismayah Plant Complex. This is the first PHC pile production in the Middle East. These piles are exclusively used for making foundation of the housing buildings.
Also, First PHC Pile-driving has been done in Town-A of 1st delivery site as the first step of historical Bismayah housing unit construction.

Hi Kim,
Do you happen to have the part which the rebar cage is connected to the "head". I believe the head of the pile are circular shape precast concrete with holes which the main bars are slotted in.

First pile is driven after placing shoe? Also it is not clear that only concrete is to be filled in the pile after casting or rebar also to be placed?

Saya pernah melihat mesin untuk menancap tiang seperti ini,tapi tidak di tumbuk,tetapi di bor dengan pipa bundar dng disiram air,kalau sudah dalam baru di cabut,kemudian di masukkan pipa besi ke dalam lubang bekas bor,kemudian dalam pipa dimasukkan kembali besi kerangka baja yang sudah di rakit kemudian dimasukkan kedalam pipa dan kerangka baja cor beton

السلآم عليكم هذه الركيزة أكبر من حجم المشروع..أو أكبر من الوظيفة المطلوبة في المشروع الإنشائي؟؟؟ هذه الركيزة الكونكريتية المجوفة اسطوانية الشكل ليست ملائمة لهذا التصميم لهذا الأساسات؟؟؟ هذه الركيزة تكون مصممة إلى منشأة واجسام اهتزازية !!! مثل محطات كهربائية أو مصافي بترول أو جسور قطارات!!!!! أن مشروع بسماية مشروع سكني جسم ثابت وليس فيه اهتزازات؟؟؟ يجب أن تصمم ركيزة بركاس عادية بدليل التربة قوية وتساعد على ذالك!!!! هذه كلها أموال زائدة وخسارة ولا يوجد فكر هندسي عالي الذهنية
