The employees of this factory should be working with safety equipment, helmet, glove, mask etc and such . It seems to be a very primitive factory, in Brazil we have highly sophisticated factories working with robots and very sophisticated machinery.

Sim, os caras estão nos anos 70 em questão de automação e segurança do trabalho, tudo muito manual. Eu trabalhei 1 ano numa recicladora de plástico PE, HDPE, PEAD.

You got a point. These are small rural factories that provide local jobs etc. There are many automated factories that churn out 100 times the volume too.
I hoped India was modern enough to enforce safety standards in their factories, but apparently not. There will always be small factories and large, but they should all have to follow health and safety standards. This man has no shoes on, no eye protection, no respiratory protection, no gloves, no protective clothing. He is a walking accident, or cancer case just waiting to happen.

So Machines mix, melt and Mold the PVC pipes...then Lady on Floor melts pipe end with a Hot Plate, also used for Lunch Prep, then By Hand some guy Silk screens label on pipe... Boy HE has a LIFE time job...
No PVC gloves for handling chemicals, no masks to prevent inhaling of harmful chemicals, no shoes or aprons - terrible work conditions. These poor guys will be sick with terminal diseases by the time they are in 30's while the owner will be enjoying in Mumbai or even in Switzerland.
