I was blessed to see them life in Vienna for three times. Each performance was breathtaking. Queen is my favorite band due to their outstanding abilities and music flavour. And Freddie was not from this world - his accurance was unique. Without him - I am afraid to say - the band is not really Queen, but just a pale shadow. Anyway, their music and their song texts are still touching me and I'm 56 so far. Finally, I need to say: GOD SAVE THE QUEEN ...

Born and raised in England, I was lucky enough to see queen, but I was too young too really appreciate just how good Freddie was. What a loss!!! But he leaves an anthology second to none, I love your reaction, because it's how I react. There's many beautiful live renditions of "love of my life", and I can't pick a favourite. But this comes close. It was at home, it was about Mary, it was just delightful, the crowd sang better than I ever could. It has sort of become forgotten amongst the popularity of the live guitar/vocal versions. I will always love the original best. It kills me every time he says when he gets older he’ll be by your side to remind you I still love you. Some people believe he wrote it from Mary’s POV because this was when he cheated on her with his first boyfriend.

It's Super Human! And you are right - this is one of the most beautiful songs of all time! It seems you know and enjoy the Queen catalogue - would you consider reacting to White Queen?

St James Park 1986 the audience sang better than Wembley. Geordies always do it the best. Was with my best friend and girlfriends and we both sang our hearts out. Sadly he died last year. RIP old friend.

I fainted just before Status Quo were finishing! Had some virus or other. Anyway, I was taken into the St Johns under the stand and they wanted me to stay put! No way I was going to one of the loves of my life!

Brian May sang this as a tribute to Freddie when I saw Queen with Adam Lambert last year.

I have always felt like Freddie's music is about my life ; it's as though he and I grew up together or something - and it really means a lot to me to see how much you get it ! ! !
