    Ok ,but what do you DO when someone is obtruesive with tiere approach and attitude that no matter what you say ,they insist they are right and your opinion is stupid ?i think those people are being disrespectfull and being forcefull with thiere opinion instead of understanding that althow thay are intitalled to thiere opinion ,they should not make statements that appear to be a putdown on what your opinion is and that your boundries are yours and deserve consideration .

In these situations, Buddhist teachings on compassion and non-reactivity can be especially helpful. It might be useful to remember the practice of pausing and taking a deep breath to create a space between their comments and your response. This allows you to respond with mindfulness rather than reacting impulsively.
      Additionally, cultivating compassion doesn't mean agreeing with the other person or tolerating disrespect; rather, it's about understanding that their aggressive behavior might be coming from a place of their own struggles or suffering. This perspective doesn't excuse their behavior but can help you approach the situation with a calmer mindset, which can sometimes de-escalate the tension.
      Setting boundaries is also a crucial aspect of self-compassion. It's entirely appropriate to assertively communicate your boundaries to others, letting them know that while you respect their right to their opinions, mutual respect is essential for any conversation. Sometimes, simply stating, "I hear your point, but I feel this conversation is no longer constructive," can be a respectful way to disengage.
