  • Thank you for being patient with her English, which is improving day-by-day. Like a lot of "Tinglish" speakers in Thailand, Rose is often mixes up her R's and L's and often doesn't pronounce the ends of her words. She's working on her language, but for now it's kind-of cute!
Please do 'smash the Like button' too! Not only does this help her CZcams channel grow and it gives Rose positive reinforcement that there are people across the world that are interested in learning about different cultures, stories and life experiences.
Rose would be thrilled to have you Subscribe to follow her journey and is delighted to receive your comments. Thank you for your support 🙏

just discovered your channel and it's absolutely delightful to see a little of Sakon Nakhon and your home life. What a lovely family you have. Your English is really good, do not worry about it you are very easily understood. I have subscribed and look forward to seeing more from you both. Best wishes to your mother, I hope she stays well and to your sister who is doing an excellent job.

(Dave typing) thanks for your kind comment and channel subscription. We will have more Isaan videos coming soon -- our videos are running a little way behind real-life events because, sadly, Rose's mum passed away in December 2023 so our focus turned to family matters, but thank you for your kind words: towards the end of her days, Rose's mum was mostly bed bound for months at a time, except for being rushed to hospital for urgent care, so whilst obviously we all wish she was still with us, truthfully it wasn't much of an existence and she is now at peace. We are confident that she has now joined her dear husband in heaven and they will both be reincarnated to a better life.

Rose (and David) ....very sorry to hear about your Mum's passing, how sad. My best wishes to you and all the family. Look forward to the Isan videos, it's a place I'm going to visit sometime this year. Take care

Thank you very much, now my mom does dialysis herself sometimes, yes dialysis four times a day is boring and depressing. I'm happy that you understand my English 😀 Often times I speak out. And don't understand what I'm saying 😅

Thank you very much. English is difficult. and when I learn to speak Dave tells me to finish pronouncing the end of each word. I have to keep practicing. Thank you very much for your patience. I love your comment about the food. I tried to get some sandwich toast at Robinson but... oh ! back in New Zealand i bought a bread maker. so when we go back end of this year, this problem is solved. salami, cheese, jam, butter at Robinson is good quality.
