In this video I would like to show you how to make a rotor kite, which is suitable for heavy wind conditions. Its my "Fanö" ring rotor kite.
On Fanö, Denmark, nearly every year the "Fanö Kiteflyers Meeting" takes place.
Shame these aren't commercially made. I really need one where I live. Was 35 MPH winds this past weekend and I haven't been able to source any highwind kites.

Thank you very much. The tool is a "Hot cutter" or in German "Heissschneider". Hotcutters are offered by Ebay (e. g. ebay.de) New cutters are offers in the range of 79 Euros The cutters are used to cut ropes (or the tails of young pigs, which I don't support). I think they will be offered in Brasil too. To cut the polyester fabric a flat tip is optimal.

What Is Islam?

Rare to see a kite designed specificslly for high winds.
I think it is a poorly explored domain.
High wind kites could be more complex, double surface wings, monococque composite construction, faster multiline maneuverables etc.
