    In this video, we show you how to use our LANSHIN SCALP STIMULATOR so you can bring Head Spa home. We hope it feels easy and soothing to follow, let us know what you think in the comments below!
    So many of you have been loving Facial Gua Sha, and yet it is only one of many treasures of Chinese healing. Next on our Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) journey together, we explore the scalp.
    Scalp care is one of the hottest current beauty trends, but in Asia, it's long been a staple of personal care for your scalp and hair health. Have you ever heard of "Head Spa?" It's all over Asia and one of my biggest personal obsessions.
    Head Spa is like a facial for your scalp, and involves LOTS of delicious massage and stimulation to your scalp that brings the ever important blood flow and circulation to your scalp.
    Healthy hair is all about bringing good blood, nutrition and energy flow to your head in Chinese medicine. You might also find it fascinating that working on your scalp has spillover benefits that can energize and thus, "lift" your face.

    I have been doing this 2-3x a month and I love this! As someone who occasionally gets migraines, I find it as a good preventative practice. Really relaxing I didn't realize it was possible to hold tension in the scalp! I am all for holistic health and I am glad Chinese TCM is getting more attention!!!

    Hi Sandra! I did the first technique all around my scalp using a scalp massager brush and I ended up teasing my hair so I had to brush it out which caused a lot of hair to shed. Did I do something wrong? Let me know (:

    @adamthompson7170 Před 2 lety +2

    Does any of these techniques stimulate hair growth!!

    • @Lanshin
      @Lanshin  Před 2 lety +8

      In Chinese medicine practice when there is a problem involving excessive loss of hair or thinning hair, we will always try to bring more circulation and better blood flow to the scalp and support blood quality. The techniques we have shown here will do that. We can't promise that will definitely grow your hair, but it will build a healthier scalp condition which gives you a better chance of promoting hair growth or improving hair quality. Getting good sleep, eating the right nutrition and reducing stress are also very important for hair and skin, and if done all together with these scalp techniques will set you up for looking and feeling amazing!
