You can also lower the jack, attach the Tireject, then raise the jack with the same effect.

How long do you for it to seal/dry??

The seal is instantaneous. As soon as the leak or puncture comes into contact with TireJect the fibers and granulated rubber particles are wedged into the hole and the liquid rubber formula bonds to the rubber for a permanent seal.
