It's a beautiful technique and you are very good at it. Loved how the cake turned out. Still I could have coped with something on top of it. Sort of looks almost finished to me.

Hi Marcia! I'm not sure I understand exactly what you are asking. I use a buttercream or Ganach on the outside of the cake, then, I cover the icing with a homemade marshmallow fondant: czcams.com/video/Jsz0pBVa-i4/video.html and I decorate on top of the fondant with Royal Icing: czcams.com/video/M7osUvgi6YU/video.html
