Having labrum surgery along with abductor surgery in the near future. Been watching your videos, and I believe they are preparing me for what is to come.

I have seen your ankle surgery rehab exercise videos.
It is really helping me to recover from my talus bone ankle fracture having 2 nails inside. 9 months completed for my surgery.
Still I am recovering. My ankle is very stiff and limited range of motion.

I need to have Brostrom procedure for Ankle instability. I heard it's simple. But just getting ready mentally, before I fix the date.
I took Miralax powder to help with the post oxy constipation. Helped a lot!
When will the new vid come out with us going to Steamboat 😜😜
