@@jacintacapelety9600 not quite. G10 is the highest note ever sung, but C6 generally is within the range of first sopranos. it’s still very high to belt in the chest voice though, so props to her.
@@novawaffles2818 Excuse me, not to be rude, but I believe she was belting in her head voice and not her chest voice. Seeing as it has a more operatic sound and lighter quality which can usually be found in head voice.
Her original version of this song was recorded when she was 15, unfortunately that video was taken down due to a copywrite claim. The version you reacted to was a rerecording of it that is very similar to the original, though a few bits were left out and it strained her voice more than it did when she was 15. The original version is still floating around on various sites though, and the full explanation of what happened with the song is in the description of the cover you reacted to.
My other favorites of her covers are "Hellfire" from Hunchback Of Notre Dame and "Friends On The Other Side" from Princess And The Frog.

Her voice is like candy. Like, it's sweet as all hell and I can't explain what makes me keep coming back to listen to more.
Her voice is so... animated for lack of a better word. You almost see the blue female genie dancing and singing the song as it goes. She adds such of her own character to the song.

The two different voices in that one part is her. Since she is playing the genie in the song she did the two high and low voices that the genie did, but in her voice. The rest in the back are from the actual movie.
The Lion King isn't a Disney original, like they claim. It's a remake of Kimba The White Lion (or ジャングル大帝 / Jungle Emperor in Japan) from back in the '50s. Try Googling it. The similarities are legion.
