I was playing BR 2 America today, I was in an F2A Buffalo interwar fighter and got shredded by some Swedish AAA that looks like it belongs in Star Wars. It has an ungodly autocannon with great firing angles, idk what it's called because I'm straight so I don't play Sweden.
Maybe they should make HEAT consistently Cold war vehicles that meet WWII mostly are underpowered hull HEAT stringer, sum up describe as "Not fun to play as and Not fun to play against"
Watching some of these moments resonates with that part of my brain that has been glassed over from playing War Thunder and getting dogged on for hours. I had a match yesterday where I legit spawned in drove a third of the way to the objective and got blasted my a M18. The next spawn I made it 300m from spawn before getting blasted by a Chinese SPG from 1.5km. The last spawn I just created the hill from spawn and got blasted. I never saw a single enemy that game. I was so pissed

Made a discovery with a friend: We believe that under stressful loads, the server will simplify calculations to avoid lag, specifically when calculating vertical angle of attack. Doing this makes HESH and HEAT behave irregularly in particular, and also makes angled armor more obscene.
And this is the result of an overcomplicated penetration simulation that still doesn't get even close to reality and makes the game feel like it's complete RNG. Just put consistent events when hitting tank components (like if I hit the turret, jam it all the times and have RNG determining if I kill the loader and gunner) instead of bugged volumetrics and physics "simulation" that doesn't even work that well. Men of war engine has a simpler penetration system that leads to more consistent effects and it's a damn RTS.

Bro... Literally what happens anytime I squad up. Just look around and see all bottom tier tanks on my team, and the enemy is 3/4 top tier or.better. than our 1 top tier dies 1 time and leaves... How the fuck is this the norm????
@@spazz954I know, BR compression should be limited to +-0.5 and not +-1. The funny thing is that BR compression was introduced with the excuse of finding matches faster, but in my experience I get uptiered more often when there are more players looking for a game, while it should be the opposite.

I remember when i got the Tiger H1, the first match i played i deadass got a team with 95% tiger 1's, there was only like 4 or 5 people in our team that wasn't using the tiger
Germany is just insufferable right now, idk if its the event or what, ill go in my tiger 2 and get 10 kills but my entire team will fucking melt behind me in the back, another issue is germans are just useless against CAS they just let 50 planes bomb them as they continue to spawn in tanks and not deal with them, but if i go in my 162 and LEGITIMATELY kill 7 planes they cant cap shit for their lives. So if i handle air they cant handle ground and if i handle ground they canr handle air its miserable. One thing might definitely help Germany is they need more light tanks! Allied teams usually have a abundance of light tanks all over the place so you notice if u kill someone you usually get instantly spotted and half the enemy team concentrate fire on you, where as germans rarely have light tanks running at all so all the heavies get straight up plowed by the spotting mechanic.

Yeah, they work far better than their stats imply. Ariete (P) is better than Leo 2A4 in all fairness, their 4.0 lineup (with Zriniy 1 and the 90mm Truck) is my fave moneygrind spot, plus the Centauros are fantastic.
@@BigPapaKaiser im sorry, did i read right? the Ariete (P)... is BETTER than a 2A4? you cannot penetrate a hull down 2A4, even with the DM33. the DM13 can slice through the turret of the Ariete. also, the ammo on the Ariete is the same of the OF-40. just play the OF-40 MK2, better mobility and gun handling, same survivability
I love my speedy pizza trucks with comically large guns, though i cant make the AUBL work and seeing Malzi also struggle with that thing makes me feel much better

Ive played 6 nations up to at least 9.0 but 6.7 Italy has to be in the top 3 worst fucking lineups I have played. The 6.0 HE slingers they added after I last played 6.7 Italy might actually be the best vehicles in the lineup. SPAA is ok, but the light tank damage output is pathetic. AUBL might be the worst light tank in the game if it wasnt for the C13, which is just a downgrade from the AUBL due to losing speed for no armor advantage. The reload, bad gun handling and the chassis it has been put on make the FIAT frustrating to play. You engage full brakes and the thing goes sliding where ever the hell it wants. The 90mm on the Pershing sucks donkey balls at 6.7. But hey, if you buy a premium one you get to have TWO of em. Lmao.
I thought it was just me being trash. The M26 is the only part of that lineup that can't get MG'd, while the others have to use speed to get in position, but even then HEAT is just so unreliable

It also cause of bad matchmaking, putting people in the tiger h1 at 5.7 up to almost 6.7+ is insane. There should be no way a person goes a full tier up.

@@ternence8818 I get an aneurism whenever people tell to "flank" in a heavy tank. US heavies that are not Jumbo or T1 bounce Tigers for days. IS series does it too. Tiger is a mediocre tank at 5.7 but it does have a good gun that can do some serious damage in the right hands.

Pershing is on the perfect BR to not being able to penetrate anything on it's own br and higher
It penetrates the KT turret frontally just fine, not talking about Panther and Tiger I
