- PSG have gone through a dramatic transition since 2010. Once boasting one of the best atmospheres in France, supporters groups were banned after a fan was killed near the stadium due to political infighting. Since, the ultras have re-established themselves, finding legitimacy by going and supporting the women's team. Today, the Collectif Ultras Paris represent a unique example of organised supporters who have been able to return, even in the most modern of clubs.

I respect their devotion to the team and how the club worked with the supporters to find a solution. Even if I’m not a fan of the club, this is the right way to approach situations like this when fans can get overwhelming.

Dani Neira I already explained how, they had 3 football legends on their team. Even without the league titles they won 8 Coupe de France's before the money and a UEFA winners cup. That UEFA winners cup is their only European piece of silverware. You're still yet to prove to me they were a shit club.

James surrey doesn't mean anything, that's one example, the only thing missing in women's games is aggressiveness, but women have equal brains to men, and therefore have good enough football brains, and they in many cases move and dribble better(just like messi who is short and has a low center of gravity for example) than men, so why do you say they're shit if you probably have never seen a women's match is beyond me, maybe you're just sexist? I'm glad that the supporters are able to be there. But violence is never OK, and the club has an obligation to make sure that people are safe. It's nice that both parties have come to an understanding. PSG is lucky to have a passionate fan-base.

Interesting video and a great story - how to do ultras right. Too often on this channel and other fan culture channels there's an underlying endorsement of all ultra activities, including violence and crime, which isn't something that's needed at any football club. No matter what the owners are doing or how a team is playing, ultras that get violent are just the worst.
The CUP, the new "ultra" group in Paris has nothing to do with fan culture ou ultra culture. So nope, it's not "how to do ultras right" it's how to be nice little dogs and how to suck your club's leaders and journalists dicks.

I’m Afraid to say that pretty much all of the top sides in Europe have become Tourists Clubs Especially my beloved club Liverpool we Used to be known as some of the most passionate and loudest fans in the world back in the day and now if u go to Anfield you’ll see loads of Chinese people and other Foreigners who doesn’t even care about football they just want to go for a day out and to take Selfies n shit like that it is so sad

I was at the PSG v Strasbourg match a few weeks back and the Parc really lacked atmosphere. If PSG want to be a big club they need an intimidating atmosphere that the real ultras provide.
You're right but you can't compare playing at the Parc vs Playing at Bernabeu or Camp Nou. If PSG had the ultras from the video it would be more intimidating than most stadiums in Europe.

steven clark yeah I agree we really didn't do enough in both games, but I was talking rivals in the derby day cense. Both teams hate each other and as someone who goes to the velodrome every weekend I can assure you that the fan support and the noise in the stadium is the best in France. And with a reputation of a "dangerous" town it would be super interesting to get a video on them.

People hate on PSG for fans, being rich. When they do not understand PSGs Culture. PSG is a team of ups and downs, we suffered Barca rath but still supported our team. People like to say Cavani is an awful player, when he has been around a long time and has cared for this team longer than anyone else. It is sad to see Cavani on the bench right now. He broke PSG most goals record. He is a unselfish player who put the team before him. If you don't believe it look at when Zlatan was there he scored less, when Neymar joined he also scored less, Icardi is apart of the team and he gave up his starting position. I don't wanna see him leave. Icardi and Neymar are amazing players yes and we did get them through transfers, but look at Barca throwing money at everyone they can, yet no hate? Everyone wants success and that is what PSG is chasing. We have been playing amazing, but sacrifices has to be made as well. This club isn't underrated just misunderstood.

Respect to the Ultras from a Marseille fan! Only reproaches I have are the new fans coming in that know nothing about the team (weird gentile audience), and the racism. I was disappointed to be in Boulogne one time for a big game and hearing some of the stuff they were saying. I know PSG is a "big" team with a very gentile audience and fanbase (besides the ultras relax), so the racism slides under the radar but it's there. Of course, that's not every PSG fan, but I was shocked at the amount of racist chants when I was there. Marseille has it's issues no doubt but racism isn't one of them. I hope for the sake of the ultras PSG can get it together and actually do something because at the moment I truly find them a tragic team. All the money in the world, no chemistry between teammates, and zero respect for the ultras or fans. Rabiot after the PSG - Real game actually said he didn't support the pressure of the Parc. They completely gave up and watched Real play in their stadium. Plus them bending all of the rules and getting on their hands and knees to keep Neymar around is pretty pathetic. That's one of many examples but I hope they can make a run for the Champions League for the fans' sake but I don't see it happening any time soon. They're a marketing genius but zero substance behind it. Respect to the Ultras for supporting the female team! Liberté pour les Ultras!
