If it ends up taking a while before you install the shelf behind your bed, you could put some large floor plants back there and the leaves would appear over your bed head and look really cool!

me three haha, I've caught a major cleaning bug and cleaned my whole room out for the first time in 6 years in 3 days and it's almost completely done, 1 or 2 more days til its finished then I can start redoing it :)
