I take my adhd meds around 4-6pm 😅 I only take them after eating a substantial meal and with classes I don’t end up eating until after them 🥲 yes I go to bed late, but I go to bed just as late when not on my meds (which is most of the time)

btw i use to have the same problem with my hairline so try parting it on the side to give it a break then use scalp oil for your middle part then after a while you’ll see your middle part starting to fill in or use root dye that matches your hair!
