    Idk how you gain speed when you put a bigger sprocket on the rear? It doesn’t work like that. It’ll be easier to rip wheelies but you def lose top end speed.

    The brake fluid spewing out of the fluid reservoir is normal. The brake system is a high pressure system so it will squirt out. Also no you are Not supposed to bleed brakes with the reservoir cap off on motorcycles.

    • @MatthewRichardsonVlogs

      You can order anywhere online or at a motorcycle parts store, you will need a 420 size chain and a chain breaker to take some links off of it. I recommend RK or Renthal but you can go with some cheaper brands and should hold up, just don’t get a super cheap or colored chain. You’ll end up getting another chain all over again. So I’m trying to gear my pit bike for better acceleration off the line. I don’t want my top speed to increase, Just take off. (*I don’t race, I just like the feel when playing around on my mini track*) Currently I have a 14 tooth front sprocket and a 41 rear sprocket.
    So correct me if I’m wrong but if I’m looking for better acceleration I would want to gear down?
    What would you recommend to the teeth count and where would I begin to look for them?

    • @MatthewRichardsonVlogs
      @MatthewRichardsonVlogs  Před 5 lety

      Your definitely on the right track, yes you would want to gear down for better acceleration. I would go down to a 39 or 38 tooth sprocket in the rear and see how they works out and go from there, you don’t want to do too much at one time. I would look on eBay, everyone says a lot of bad things but I’ve ordered tons of parts from eBay and rarely ever have an issue. Just be sure it’s a high rated seller and you should be good to go

      No, a smaller sprocket at the back will increase the top speed, but decrease the acceleration.
      You need to go bigger at the back to increase acceleration at the cost of some top speed.
