Deon Burton scored in almost every game that's why were able to make it to France. He even add more English players when they reach the world cup. And its not because the coach gone, cause i never like his style of play from long time. Its because the JFF just refuse to stop being useless and incompetent. Now i hear rumor that speid about to select himself for head coach! Whether true or false, this is what conflict of interest do. Obvious Jamaica is not yet a civilized country because if so, the people dem would have enough sense to speak and as a result, eliminate the conflict of interest. But we here about it and everyone take it fi joke or just brush it aside. People these things are SERIOUS! With serious long term consiquences.

We self destruct in politics to destroy Jamaica because of ego and selfish interests. The same has played out in our team sports such as football. Track and field has been affected by similar situations but due to the fact that the individual athletes can perform big on that given day that has been saving us. We still have had problems picking a relay team many times.

He would have taken us to WC, just based on the quality of the players, but he didn’t do much to improve the quality of play on the field. He was taken up with the many things Jamaica/JFF lacked. His mindset coming from Qatar was way off, it’s a huge drop in professionalism and resources; all of which can’t be placed at JFF’s feet.

It's a disappointment, but we Jamaican love the Brazilian style of play and besides Jamaican footballers love to dribble and express them selves, so I think we need to have a brother bond with the southern neighbors, besides Brazilian footballers story is similar to us Jamaica football stories, coming from the ghetto and make it big in football, but brazil football is the heartbeat of brazil, we need a football culture we need a coach from brazil that can share stories and connect the two nation over a long period of time, honestly we need Mr owen hill , to get scouts to get potential Brazilian and southern young footballers to intertwined with Jamaica premier league we need a identity and this could be contrary but Jamaica footballers now play like the worst version of brazil play so yeah, we need that partnership with brazil and if jff going for a Jamaican coach still we need some Brazilian football staff we give us more advance tactics and development, I hope I make sense but Jamaica need to play with a brazil type of flow because we love to dribble and samba out the field with pace

That was back in the 70's boss. That style you are talking that is. Football has evolved to a possession based environment. That being said, we cant string 3 passes together. We are too flatfooted while in possession of the ball. Look at Damian Lowe, coach put him in the midfield to defend the middle yet when we are in possession he stands there flatfooted not getting involved. You cant have a midfield player that doesnt demand the ball.
