The only thing that makes me uncomfortable about this entire episode is that they made the characters intentionally emo to make them look evil

I think They just wnated to make them look cool... Juleka is kinda emo and she's a sweet person. It was just suposued to look cool and be good contrast to our main character's. But that's just my opinion.
They weren't really evil though. They were traumatized kids who were being used by someone with far more power.

Nah the round cuts in the ears are actually a nice touch cause a lot of the time stray cats do lose parts of their ears when fighting other cats

I honestly didn't expect to enjoy this special so much, but I think it might have been my favorite episode in a long while and I really hope we see them again in the future
I loved the fact that people just changed their mind instantly once they saw claw noir in animated vr.. when it obvious at the fact that "renders" have different detailed and can make character look lil weird..
But its not that weird for me tho i knew for the fact that he gonna look great and he did! :)
The thing about alt ladybug another form she doesnt even look that bad, and beside she literally has more in her suit than main LB tho.. she just choose to look like LB a bit since she looked up to main LB.
I was getting so annoyed with all the judgments of Claw Noir's design based on a promotional render. Especially with that first render when it was pretty obviously terrible! I remained confident that he would look so much better in the special itself and what do you know? He did!
Seems we're in the minority with not minding Shadybug's new design. I think it does look a bit too "same-y" but overall she's really cute. Honestly the change I'd make wouldn't even be the hair style, it would be keeping the true black color instead of reverting to blue. I do kind of dislike her just outright having Ladybug's name though. That'd get confusing in a possible sequel. 😂

I just love how you made Claw Noir better in your edits, that made me understand his original color palette was just too blunt, the more "toxic" one just suits him so well that every other weird thing about his look just gets overshadowed. Amazing work, Anielette ❤

Yeah, this special was amazing, and this is coming from someone who really loves season 5! Claw noir was easily my favorite. Probably because as much as I love them both, Shadybug to me was just "what if a BAD person had ladybug's powers?" While Claw Noir still had all of the usual Cat Noir traits: the constant quips and puns, the energetic movement, sometimes acting without thinking, etc, but with his personality changed juust enough to make him sound more condescending and mean to everyone around him, unlike Cat Noir. Same for their redemption: Shadybug is just....ladybug 2, down to the name and everything, while Claw Noir seems to still kinda be the same, just a teeny bit more nice.
And yeah, this AU is BEGGING for a spin off show from just this special alone. From not showing the Supreme's identity, to barely showing us that world at all except for the opening, it's definitely built to show a potential MLB spinoff.
...kinda like every other Miraculous World special, really. Maybe this one will finally be the one that actually gets the spinoff treatment?

9:16 actually, the supreme is named after the French hip hop band "Suprême NTM" (much like how many jojo characters drew names from musicians). I also think the supreme might also be connected to what appeared at the end of "re-creation" behind our least favorite azula olaf**.
*1: the first name I called Lila/cerise is a reference to children's cartoon villainess azula from "avatar: the last Airbender". Azula is very known to be manipulative and a great strategist. She's also known to be almost remorseless and quite malicious.
*2: the last name "olaf" actually comes from the children's villain count Olaf from the "a series of unfortunate events" book series. While also skilled at manipulation, lying and having a rotten heart, Olaf was also a master of disguise. He was so good at disguising himself that most of the time, only the baudelaires could see through his disguise.

The thing I disliked is the fact that they're changing good at the end. It would be much cooler if they didn't changed designs and haved something from their previous personalities so they wouldn't just totally change to good heroes, but still, they at least could leave they designs! They were so cool!

I feel like everyone shout at the screen when they saw Shadybug's new design at the end (I mean like they could have at least keep the hairstyle and change the hair color). But there is worst than that because everyone wants a spin-off but if it happens the tittle may be "Miraculous World Paris into the 2nd Dimension ,The news adventure of Betterfly, Ladybug and wathever is the new name of Claw Noir" and all because of what, because Shadybug actually decide to change her name (into Ladybug so it's lame to have the same name as her double in the original dimension) and same for Claw Noir meaning that if there is a spin-off the biggest regrets I would have are the names (Betterfly means just good Butterfly like in french it's Hesperia wich means sparks of hope wich is a good thing becausee this actually represents what he want to give "hope")and the new costume of Shadybug.

Zobaczyła na przykładzie Shady i Claw, że złoczyńcy nie są źli sami z siebie tylko po prostu są zniszczeni przez doświadczenia jakich w życiu doznali....co jednak nie zmienia faktu, że nie potrzebnie się przemieniała, bo wiele lepiej, by było, gdyby Gabryś ją unieruchomił tak po prostu wykorzystując jej zdobyte zaufanie, a potem zdjął miracula tym samym wymuszając jej przemianę zwrotną

At first I didn't like the designs, but they grew on me the more I watched. I thought there were some great elements of animation in the fights and some of the motions and eye movements were more expressive, but other times like with Marinette's speech or Chat Noir laughing, I thought it was odd. I liked how Shadybug and Claw Noir bickered and didn't really like each other, too! Although, it was cute when they found out each other's identities, that he's the one who kinda crushed on her this time instead of her crushing on him. Also, Claw Noir being a bit of a psycho with those crazy eyes was so cool! I loved his whole character. Yeah, it is kinda obvious to make them emo, but I love emo Adrien. It just sorta fit really well in my opinion. I did like the overall atmosphere of the episode. Like you said when Shadybug broke down, it was really emotional and it was because they let the moment breathe and sink in. In past episodes I thought they rushed emotions sometimes. Overall, I thought it was a great special, and I hope we get to see more of these new characters in the future!

The thing that I notice where they stuffed up in the episode was when both Gabriel's mention they can de-akumitize the others akuma no matter the universe they are in (as long as they are in range) well Ladybug had an akuma in her earrings and Chased Monarch through universes but not once did he attempt to de-akumitize her or notice she had an akuma on her. Like what! Biggest fail! He could've made her stuck in a universe. But I guess if he just had a mind set to get the miraculous, he probably wasn't even thinking.

It’s a crime that we are supposed to get like a lady dragon show or something meanwhile the infinitely better shadybug and claw noir will just be forgotten. Imagine checking up on THEM every week heck they could make shadybug’s new costume actually different form ladybug as she becomes her own version of who ‘ladybug’ is! Seeing them work with betterfly trying to fight the miraculous holders to get them all back and form a team to take down the supreme would be so cool! We could actually see Chloe if she had her redemption arc man! Shadybug mad claw noir already know each other identities so imagine betterfly revealing himself to them in the first episode and hit on that emotion beat where Adrien and Gabriel actually reconcile!
