The cuts can be seen and the cinematographer Samuel Perry-Falvey himself clarified the question in the comments for Jonathan Hiller's (Filmmaker Reacts) reaction to Hi Ren. It's a masterpiece nonetheless, no need to go around saying that this was done in one take. Many of the other videos like the Tales are in fact one-shot videos though.

What I love most about Ren, as a middle aged white Australian boi, is he has introduced me to reaction videos that I'd usually have no connection to. This world is actually pretty tiny if you can remove the bull shit prejudices we learn and take on as we "evolve".
