Hi thank yoi for your videos, it has been helpful. May I just ask where should we dispose the syringe the clinical waste bin or the sharps bin? Thank you.
in clinical waste
@@oscenursetrainingcambridge3851 thank you. appreciate it much
🎉🎉🎉
Hi shalu ,do we have to clean the things for complete 30 seconds and let it dry for complete 30 seconds? Or can we continue before 30 seconds completed. I hope you understand me .Things we clean with chlorhexidine wipes
Hi
After removing clamp where should we dispose it ,is it in sharps.
Thank you
in clinical waste
Hi do you need to clamp if there is visible urine in the catheter? Because the marking criteria only said to clamp if there’s no urine seen
No you don't need to.
Is there any procedure in OSCE where one has to wash their hands with running water aside alcohol rub
Not that I have come across ever.
And how do you do a one swipe motion for 30 second I don’t understand
you verbalise this in your exam but in real practice you should be cleaning for 30 seconds.
What to do if there is no enough sample in the catheter?
if you clamp the catheter, there will be enough
@@oscenursetrainingcambridge3851 Sorry,so no need to manipulate the catheter by taking the tubing in hand?Just to apply a clamp?
Apply clamp
