In this video, @TomFM and I have created ourselves in the game and simulated our careers! We started with the same current ability and maxed potential, the only thing that will influence our success is our ability to transfer our player three times:
- Once on loan
- Once to a club in the same division
- Once to a club abroad
At the end of the sim, we'll tally up the goals, ballon d'ors and achievements and you will decide who has had the better career!

Nat Lofthouse is a club legend at Bolton Wanderers. He played for us during the 1950's and early 1960's. His goal record for England is up there with the best as he scored 30 goals from 33 caps. We also have a statue outside our ground.
By far Tom is the winner here. He absolutely cleaned up the footballing world and left it spotless. What a career he has had

out of interest what detail level did you have it on when simulating, never seen those kind of numbers before on ai teams. was the spanish league view only?
No just normal playable detail on... had England and top euro leagues on. They were just unreal and very big and strong fast. So could hit haaland numbers. Both had 200 PA so reached very high 180s. I've seen haaland get those numbers. So makes sense in that respect I guess.

You could do another 1 but force your players to move clubs each season and you can’t play for the same club more than once. Means you’ll see different leagues and have to choose your teams wisely

Jumping reach is same for every player regardless of height. A player who's 5 ft 1 with 20 jumping reach will outjump someone who is 6 ft 8 with 19 jumping reach

Kind of yes, kind of no.
It’s only true if every other attribute is the same though, strength, positioning, etc etc all play a part.
But yes, jumping reach incorporates the maximum height they can jump to, regardless of height.
The other fact is that taller players are often stronger and ‘better in the air’ (because of other attributes).
It’s also the maximum height a player *can* reach whilst jumping, not every single time. So a taller player is more likely to reach a higher jump consistently but a short player with better jumping reach *can* out jump them. The bigger the discrepancy between jumping reaches, the more likely this is to happen.
Remember the engine is a series of thousands of calculations in every scenario.

tom had a season with 60 goals and 16 assists in 38 la liga games he has to take it for sure.
Regarding jumping reach at around 3:25 in the vid: height does not matter. Often you see taller players have more JR, but a 5ft with 20 JR can jump as high as a 7ft with 20 JR.

Idk why they value only the PL goals. Like Clayts did almost 40 gols in a season but he only says "23 in the league". European competitions and cups are not important?
