I went there early November 2023. It was chilly at night. During the day it was perfect to do outdoor activities. Fansipan was foggy during noon so you might need to go earlier.

I would say top because it's easier for a huge guy like me to get in and out. Slightly better view too
was wondering if they any of them have sleeper for 2 pax in a cubicle or do i need to book separately?
Yes there's a bus with duo pax cabin. Search for Hanoi Sapa Love Cabin.
Personally, I'll recommend booking individual cabins side by side like I did.
How to get the hotel transport? Is it automatically included when you buy the ticket? Or you need to request and pay more for it?
Yes you need to request and let them know which hotel to drop you off. No extra charges

Do they have comfort rooms in the buses?
Sao Viet yes. But I think it was locked
How much was it again?
G8 is 420,000 VND per pax meanwhile Sao Viet is 400,000 VND
