The Gennai timing works for sure!
His Opponent's Turn effect would be considered a "Reaction timing" which happens after [When Attacking] effects. Step 4 of the Attack Flowchart in the official rules manual :)

One thing though the Tokomon is a Your Turn effect only, hence if you blast with Magange Ace during your opponents turn you don't draw.

This is certainly an interesting list, will have to give it a try. Would like to say that Barrier is only protection from deletion by battle, not effects. Great video either way though!
