    Join us on our second day at CES, featuring Trittbrett's latest electric scooters "Hilde" and "Paul" and King Song's all-new S16 Pro electric unicycle, and S9 "basketball" EUC for kids. As well as their brand new foldable "M2" electric bike. We also stopped by Red Bull's booth where they debuted their new electric scooter models, similar to Reebok and Bugatti's offerings, seen in our previous CES video. Lastly, we stopped to check out Airwheel's rideable carry-on luggage. This product was a hit among the crowd! One of the most striking observations at CES 2024 was the entry of major, globally recognized brands into the PEV/micromobility industry. Household names like Bugatti, Reebok, and Red Bull have made their mark, signaling a major shift in the industry. These giants have entered licensing agreements with electric scooter manufacturers to produce scooters that not only resonate with their brand identity but also cater to customers eager to embrace electric mobility. While these scooters didn't particularly stand out in performance compared to many existing market options, their presence is a clear indication that personal mobility is gaining mainstream acceptance and is here to stay.
    Our video offers a unique tour of CES, focusing on discovering the most innovative products and technological advancements in the electric scooter sector. Despite not encountering major leaps in electric scooter technology this year, we observed a significant industry trend: many companies spent a good part of 2023 refining their product lines. They focused on enhancing IP ratings, achieving UL certifications, incorporating detachable batteries, and improving overall build quality. This shift towards prioritizing safety, quality, and reliability over continually introducing new designs is a strategy we wholeheartedly endorse. It's a forward-thinking, consumer-centric approach that we hope will become a staple in the personal electric vehicle (PEV) manufacturing industry.
    Join us as we navigate this electrifying world of personal mobility at CES 2024, where technology meets practicality, and the future of transportation unfolds before our eyes

      Thanks for your questions. The VSETT 8 does include integrated turn signals. However the signals on the Trittbrett are not compatible with VSETT products as far as I know.
      Apex is coming... Be sure you're subscribed and have notifications turned on. We'll be talking about them on the channel very soon!

    Li-on batteries should not be on planes. Phones, tablets and laptops are already a big risk.

    • @RevRides360
      @RevRides360  Před 5 měsíci

      Lithium ion batteries are in every cell phone, laptop, tablet, wireless earbuds, headphones, cameras, etc. which travel on airplanes every day. Properly manufactured and UL certified batteries are quite safe on airplanes, as long as they meet TSA guidelines and requirements on lithium ion batteries. Consumers of any product that uses li-on batteries should always have their batteries inspected by a professional if they suspect damage or mishandling of the pack.

    • @kmg501
      @kmg501 Před 5 měsíci

      @@RevRides360 No, Li-on is fundamentally unsafe. They are just so widely accepted and used that even the airline industry has had to capitulate to them being on aircraft. They literally keep fire sacks on planes now to deal with catastrophic battery failures. The tech is fundamentally unsafe not so much because of the failure rate but because of hitting 1200 degrees in a matter of a few seconds when failure occurs.
      You can find fire control professionals on this platform talking the nature of Li-on fires. If you aren't afraid of or at least leery of the tech then you aren't familiar with those discussions.

      @@kmg501 We appreciate your input and opinion. While we may not fully agree over the safe use of li-ion batteries, it's worth noting that we don't sell any vehicles that are intended to be flown with. We simply stumbled across this product, and thought this was a cool device at CES this year, since it's the only luggage bag that we've seen, that fits into the micromobility category.
