I just bought one of these and tried adjusting it with the water on. Ended up popping the top of and getting a face full of water 🤣 Your video is so helpful and I figured out how to do it correctly. Thank you so much!

The only thing I would add is it would help if you made comment regarding the flow adjustment....on mine if I try to adjust the flow screw, when I do, it changes the angle width because the screw is very tight. All you need to do is hold the head tightly with one hand while screwing the screw in or out with the other hand to adjust the flow. Angle pattern does not change. I saw you actually doing same in video which helped after I already figured it out. Hearing you talk about would have been the only thing that could have made this already great video any better! Thanks again for your help!

I bought my house in 2017, and the sprinkler system uses Toro sprinkler heads. I have a series 570 head, and it works just the opposite of what you demonstrate...as I turned the head counterclockwise it was opening the head--I almost screwed off the head completely. and clockwise was closing it. Do you know if they changed the method of opening and closing the valves since then?

Good video...the head is new and has a small drip or leak...what can I do to stop the leak?
If my sprinkler head does not go back down after water is shut off do i need to replace it?
What if the sprinkler do not pup up all the way or the waters comes out not just through the head but also from the base?
Actuallly the spring pulls it down. Water pushes it up.
