For only a downpipe and a tune that B58 platform is amazing of how it performs
Thats over 150 wheel hp with those mods lol and it's lighter. Also regular body hellcats are way faster than widebodys
B58 is an exceptional platform that will have legendary status!
@German engineering not even close to the potential the Hellcat has. After tune and boltons that car is tapped. Hellcats are reliably running 1200+HP. German engineering is overpriced and unreliable not to mention

That hellcat is so sexy in indigo blue and widebody. The sound it makes alone makes it cooler than pretty much any BMW.

@@bman1668 My neighbor across the street has a 2021 M5 that looks to be top spec. It sounds great but it's not as deep and mean sounding as the hellcat and doesn't have the incredible supercharger whine.

while this is true in reality the hellcat is (apart from the demon or redeye) the ultimate top version of the charger whereas a 340i is just a regular 3 series with a sporty engine (granted with a lot of potential). hp per $ the 340i will always win

I have a 2019 440i with a stage 2+ mhd tune at93 octane, a hpfp, and a downpipe and I'm able to pull ahead by a good amount, from a 40 roll, on my buddy's stock hellcat 2021. We went up to about 105 and he still didn't pass me but he was starting to gain on me by a good bit

That bmw is slow or that cat is tuned
It’s a “family sedan” that’s only making 320hp from the factory compared to a stock “drag monster” that comes with 707 from the factory lol with only having one actual mod,(downpipe) and an e40 tune that’s pretty insane to see how good the 340i was even keeping up. Imagine it full bolt ons + the e40 tune…

Overall good race, but that shows you how much of that 707HP is useful in a heavy ass 20year modified mercedes e class body. I mean how hard is it to slap a supercharge on a high displacement V8 and makes 650+ WHP? Not really that hard… B58 with downpipe usually makes around 400-500WHP depend on tuner and only 500lbs lighter. It’s kinda sad. for hellcat, expensive, Old, Slow for 700hp, doesn’t turn, Low tech, doesn’t grip. A true classic American muscle car. Laughs in Mustang and Camaros where you get everything else that a hellcat doesn’t get.
