I ended up getting the SDC seat from Saddlemen its really comfortable has more of a curve back and comes with an adjustable backrest. Like it so far, need more miles if the weather would melt the snow.
I just picked one up for my Sportster, changed the whole look of the bike. So far I’ve only done one short ride & yes it is hard & I hope it softens up.
It will just put some good miles on that thing

The step up has some good things going for it. I love the height. But damn I wish it had a built in back rest.

@@775joshua it’s definitely on my list! I like the explorer also. But I’m afraid I’ll lose seat height. So I’m torn for now. Lol.
@@red.riot.2280 honestly felt like i gained seat height over stock because its not as soft.

Very lose. I’m able to wear a hoody underneath and a good length. I wear a medium

Would have thought a review of a seat would have included how far you can go before your arse gets sore. Is it good for a day's ride in the saddle , eg. riding 1or 2 days to rally.
I’ve spent a full day Od riding ok it and never had any complaints about it

I would say yes but nothing crazy

I got the step up extended reach for my RG. It sits me up higher than stock. Also 2 inches back for more leg room

Hows quality of the shoes compare to the boots they had? I had the boots and they started falling apart after 5 months of wear
We took a lot of feedback from the boots, and used it to make major adjustments to the shoes. Built better.
