The only way to award a foul is to interpret pj with 2 seconds left jumping in the air in a shooting motion was going to do something other than shoot. Then the ref said non shooting foul and freethrows for a non shooting foul. This should be 2 freethrows but for some reason he shot 3. It can't be 3 free throws cause then that means they interpreted PJ was going to shoot which makes the play not a foul at all cause you can hit ball then some arm on a block

I do not understand the rationale that the refs used for those two reviews. On the first OKC challenge, it looked like a clear charge but the refs changed the call and said it was a blocking foul. And then on the corner 3 attempt that looked like a clean block, they denied the challenge and upheld the foul call. I guess the two plays sort of cancel each other out.
