I think you’re totally right. Initially I really felt the palette needed a white, a black, and a red. Now with the blush and lippie, I can see omitting the red but not including the white, when ghost face is literally white and black, is a big miss for the collab and for range in the palette.
I think the Chucky Pallete fits better in this collection, than the ghost face palette. :D

I was so happy to see you do a lighter, more neutral look from this palette that can be worn as an everyday look. I ordered the palette and then thought, "What in the world am I going to do with a palette that is SO dark?" Loved the look that you created and can't wait to try and duplicate it when my palette arrives.

The assignment was ghost face - black and white was all that HAD to be in the palette.
And in the Rick and Morty palette, a 30 shade (!!!) palette, carefully managed to avoid yellow.

DUDE Im so annoyed the r&m doesn't have a yellow. I haven't seen anyone else say it (probably more me not noticing than anything else but still) but the color story obviously needs it. 30 shades! The main characters are right there on the mirror! You had one job! So weird. It's like they're throwing collabs together without really caring/paying attention beyond packaging :/ sad because I do like their stuff... It's just getting a bit... Cashgrabbey....

My prom makeup was really over the top for my usual style at the time, but then again I went to prom in 2016 so there was no chance I was going to go without a cut crease and full metallic lid 😂 I did an orange and yellow crease with champagne metallic
I love cool tones and grays. So this is so me. I stay away from neon greens and yellows. Im a rock goth metal chick so these tones are perfection. The chucky palette has been my fav since i got it back in Feb. I still prefer it over my ND, PM and my Huda. Although i love those as well but i grab the chucky the most. Lol

My take: should they have included a white-yes. THAT being said ghost face IS only black and white and what I love about this palette is that most of these shades are iterations of black and white combined! (Various shades of grey) I think it’s genius and love it! I love the nuances in undertones and formulas. I can’t wait to get my hands on it!
I love glamlite and I am sure the quality is great, but I can’t imagine feeling the need to buy this palette. A quad with black, white, and red matte shadows with a taupe shimmer that has red sparkles would have been what I would have bought. Maybe even a six pan with more shimmer options. I was bummed when I saw that there were no reds.
Now I want it. I watched the rest of your video, and the nuances in the shades are really pretty.
There is no red as they are releasing a nightmare on elm street and Freddie is very red and deep greens! X

I went to prom in 1998 so my makeup is probably a bit dated, but I went with 40’s glam inspiration because I was into retro style back then. I did a black wing and a bold red lip.
I absolutely love all colorful eye looks, but wow that red lip with the blush and highlighter on its own was a whole LOOK 🥰 Angie can pull off old Hollywood glamour any day of the week.
I like this one's color story more than the other cool toned palettes.

I don't enjoy horror movies, scary rides, haunted houses, etc. I just do not enjoy being scared. I did enjoy the Scream movies 🎬 I really really get scared about any type paranormal theme especially!! I do love this collection 😍

I understand why you would say grays don’t suit you. BUT clothing wise I think gray and camel tones look stunning together. Likewise your golden skin tone and gray are quite complementary w one another. Very much so! I’m a cool undertone and prefer gray shadow on you more than myself . With a nude lip this look would be perfection on you!
Agreed! I think the contrast looks so stunning on her. It's definitely more of a "statement" look, but it really POPS -- even neutrals!

I started my love affair with colorful eyeshadow in high school. I wore teal to my own prom, matched with smokey teal eyes!
Absolutely loved the final look! I truly appreciate that blue/lavender duochrome, it’s a nice twist, even though it doesn’t go with the theme. And yeahhhhh 100% agree that there should’ve been a white in this palette. Looking forward to seeing you create another look with this collection incorporating the red blush as an eyeshadow❤❤ loads of love xx

Scream is one of my all-time favorites. I purchased the palette, mirror, makeup bag, and red lip kit. I’m tempted by the blush and highlight. I a, a huge Stephen King fan. I have every book in hardback and have been reading King since I was 12. I am so nervous for the IT collab because I will be heartbroken if it sucks. Edit to say the look turned out stunning!
When I went to prom I got my makeup done at either Mac or Sephora. I went to prom in 2006 and 2007, I always had them match my makeup to the color of my dress.

Since Glamlight are doing just cult classic slashers for their halloween collabs I wouldn’t be surprised if Pinhead - Hellrise, Michael Myers - Halloween or Freddy Krueger - A Nightmare on elm street would be chosen. I personaly would like to see Saw palette - inspired by the only good one (the first one).
From newer horor movies I would LOVE palette or merch for Menu (2022) - if you know you know if you don’t I recommend this movie because it’s unintentionaly hilarious because of the absurdity of the plot - story is great - acting is phenomenal - it’s that kind of movie that doesn’t count on silly jumpscares but on mystery, information and psyche.

They did two Scooby Doo collabs. The first was the Creeps and Crawls palette and the Ruh Roh Raggy palette. The second was the bigger Scooby Doo palette…with a row for each character.

Yeah, I finally figured out that the more glittery/metallic highlighters are best used as highlighter toppers if you want to look relatively natural while having that perfect pop of flash in the perfect point to extra exaggerate the shaping you're trying to achieve ❤

I went to a comiccon with a Wednesday themed tote bag and it was so frustrating, my stuff kept falling on the bottom and move around. Bring that stuff at the Halloween party just to see if it's comfortable to move around. If not you can always keep it when you travel on a plane, it's very spacious! 0.o
This palette is not for me but I really like the shifts in some of those shimmers! How fun with the gray/green and purple/gray/blue. That’s a nice touch.

I didn't have a "prom" (not really a thing in Canada, at least in BC) but we did have a formal grad dinner. I wore a black and white dress and a black, white, silver smoky eye.

I'm happy they didn't put in a red in the palette (and I LOVE red eyeshadow) because I think it was smarter to make the blush red and to have a blood red lip product. I with you on the white though, I really wish there was a matte and a metallic white definitely

I know I will use the blush bc blush is life lol! The mirror well that was a purchase that was necessary 😂 I really love what Glamlite has been doing lately! So I was blessed with a partner who got me the full Chucky collection and I was so excited for this collab to drop but I was honestly a bit disappointed in the palette. I loved other aspects of the collection more than the palette (the lippies especially) and I a shimmery white and matte white would've been great additions to the palette along with making the palette slightly smaller. Thanks so much for always feeding us with wonderful content.

I mentioned this is your new makeup release video: doing horror movie themed palettes are basically all going to look the same unless you do something like A Nightmare on Elm Street. Return of the Living Dead, Suspiria, even Trick 'r Trick and Halloween have elements of orange, yellow, and green.

When you first showed the palette, I wasn't that interested, but I was surprised at the variations in tone and the beautiful look you created. I agree that they should have included a white, but I must say that the light grey looks fabulous on you!

Omg I can barely remember what I did for prom makeup. I actually went once but I wasn't really _into_ eyeshadow or even particularly good with any makeup then (2014) LOL. Im trying to think back-i can recall a picture my mom took, I had a great dark blue dress. Today-me would do a very bright blue sparkly eye with a dark smokey corner to go with it I think. Then-me probably just did mascara, winged liner, and maybe a finger-swipe of bronzey shimmer with a bruise-tone deep purple at the corners (that was the only look in my repertoire).
My boyfriend convinced me to buy the pieces I wanted, as I haven't bought any makeup in so long! He actually told me he'd buy it for me himself if I didn't do it... Looking forward to the arrival of the palette, highlighter, black cherry lip products, and blood-red lip duo (I used your discount code to save money, too)! 🥰
