Why do some Baganda condemn others for using English and not Luganda. One is at liberty of using any language they feel like. How comes other triibes don't condemn Baganda for not speaking their languages. May your beloved Dad rest in eternal peace.
I find it silly that although Anita Among has lived in Buganda for most of her adult life , and now married to a musoga , she makes no attempt tp speak even a single sentence in Luganda. It would be egually silly for a musoga , or a muganda to live in Bukedea for 30 years and not be able to at least greet the locals in their language. In future , one of the qualifications to be elected in a public office must be the ability to speak more than two venacular languages , in addition to English or/ and other imported ones such as swahili.
