- In this video we take a look at the theories of reasoned action and planned behavior.
I tried out a different format: voice-over powerpoint rather than a recording of myself explaining the theories. I thought it would be advantageous to have the diagrams on-screen. Let me know what you guys think about this format!

Can I use TRA model & SERVQUAL model in one Framework ?
I'm not too familiar with the SERVQUAL model, however, these would be two different frameworks. They may compliment each other, but I can't speak too much on that as I don't have a vivid understanding of the SERVQUAL model.
