I have always loved the Highland Breed, they are so fluffy and sweet. Moretti is so big, beautiful, and seems to be a kind young man. Thanks for sharing him with us. Tom, I really enjoy your channel, I started watching after Graham was there to help you. I am so glad I subscribed right away, you make me happy with your banter and up personality. Hard work is farming, wish I had been able to stay in Ireland at my cousin Patty's farm as a child. I loved every moment.Looking forward to catch up on all your videos up to now. Thanks again for sharing with us.

Patrick Ring and you probably have a small appendage! I was partly raised on a cattle farm idiot. I’ve been riding horses since I was 2! My grandparents have raised cattle and other farm animals for almost 40 years. And I’ve always helped so no, I’m not afraid of animals, cows or other wise.

Great work with the bull there, the gate doesn't offer much protection when you are faced with the reach of those horns - I often wonder why those bulls are not polled. I know the image of the Highland bull is iconic, but they need so much clearance when you are working closely with them, they are in a hazard league of their own. Good work showing the BBC how real journalism is done. You, your Dad and the team are naturals on camera, your work is excellent and that is why the audience loves to watch you all - a good lesson for the BBC.

Silly city person question. What can highland cattle do that “regular” cows can’t? I heard in a previous video that they are a bit quicker running around. I am guessing they handle colder weather better. I guess they are bit closer to the ancient auroch cow, do they handle predation better (I’m from canada so we think about coyotes and wolves)? Great videos. I am envious of the country life (grass is greener, i know).

Magnificent bull, has he been to any shows? Bet he could win a few ribbons! I rent some grazing out back to a neighbour who runs a herd of Limousins the bull is truly massive but a real character and totally chilled out. I like to watch and figure out the pecking order, you can soon tell the older matrons from the young mums, anxiously looking out for the calves and leading the way while he just wanders randomly around checking them all out. He's been busy though, I'm pretty sure there are as many calves as cows in there now.
