he may not be too bright anyway, common is rare these days, no sleep, no food, drink, drugs, dehydrated (causes delerium) and we all thought we invincable at 19, he may have refused a lift or maybe the person didnt want a male intoxicated in their car, she could have tried and he refused - not really fair to look to blame some random woman, she probably feels devastaed and will be haunted for the rest of her life

I don’t know how old you are Harsh, but we all have to remember Jay was just a kid, a clueless kid way out if his depth. We’ve all done stupid shit when we were his age, but we were lucky enough to survive. I did just as stupid shit as Jay & his mates when I was their age in Ibiza in the 80’s, but again survived. You are absolutely spot on when you said if nothing else that Jay Slaters legacy is that we should all take better care of each other. Respect

I was just talking to my Dad about a similar theme… how no one seems to give a f*ck about each other anymore. The internet / social media has desensitised people to human suffering. I work in retail & was a keyworker during the pandemic. The general public’s behaviour and attitude changed during that time & it’s never changed back. People severely lack empathy for others. So sad

It goes way back years before the pandemic. I noticed people's behavior go to hell when church and religion was pretty much destroyed from about the late 1980's to our modern ruined world. Selfish, no morals, nobody cares, etc... those were all tenets of religion, or the "ways of wisdom" people lived by that have been lost. Probably lost forever... As a parent I'd still be asking why my son walked to his death rather than go back to the BB. His friends are the ones who stated he was "scared" not onliners. Also why did they not find him on the big public search but only on the small undercover search that was STILL in the area that he went missing and it must have been small as no-one, including family, volunteers or random ppl up there didn't report seeing them 😮

That's what I would want to know also. Time will tell whether the police find out who was telling the truth and who wasn't. But anyone found to have made up stories should be identified and charged if its hindered the investigation. But its Spain so probably all swept under carpet not Jay been found.
This will be the “search” the Civil Guard called off a few days after he went missing. Strange that they found a body just before this Dutch search team arrive in Tenerife 😉

Lady on sky news talking to a chap called Graham said “his possessions and clothes were NEXT to this body”

Proof 📍 is needed that the body is Jay! If it is Jay, then he was likely taken there, tortured 📍 and unalived. Some searchers early on said there was a ravine that was fairly near Masca town (where Jay has been found), that was very difficult to get to and was only reachable with ROPES and in a GROUP! The searchers early on said they found in that difficult to reach ravine, abandoned 📍 homesteads with signs of 📍torture, black magic rituals, lots of water bottles and a set of women's clothes. Forensic 📍 tests will show the people that tortured Jay and unalived Jay.
The ravine where Jay has been found can be reached by car and is near barranco Juan.. where Qassim and other drug boss' telephones showed that they stopped for a 'drink' at 5.30am.. with Jay in their car.. on the 17.06.24 the night that Jay went missing..
Jay was stabbed and attacked on the beach by drug bosses, opposite Papagallos rave club in playa de las Americas Tenerife. Proof on video.
Proof on video on the 17.06.24 shows a group of moroccan looking men chasing Jay on the beach at night .. and Jay hiding behind the beach chairs..
Shortly after a man dressed all in black grabs Jay's arm and drags Jay near the water where a group of men dressed mostly in white are.. Jay is then seen lying motionless on the sand .. whilst the men dig a big hole in the sand .. and put a big plastic bag that seems to have Jay's body inside it..
It seems that Jay's body may have moved to different places
to avoid it being found earlier.

That may suggest not instant death through a fall and impact wouldn't it ? Fractures maybe. Unless he took his top off to wave as a distress signal to overhead flight paths, but at night if he could put them back on he would? How exposed was he and how deep was the ravine. Unless you hear your name being called, high pitched whistles, horns, what would motivate him to call out for help to those searching if he was alive but mobility restricted through injury and they were methodically searching but with minimum of noise sound? I sincerely hope that his guardian angels and divine presence brought him relief and comfort and peace, and remained at his side throughout it all. 🕊️

One of the problems with alot of people of this age bracket are that they only have to talk to somebody for ten mins and they are suddenly best buddies, they don't think that true friendships can take time to build so that you know who you can really trust, get pissed or high with someone and your obviously their best friend, also they are so used to having somebody covering their ass that they can't think for themselves

As a person who has lost a brother who was lost for weeks resulting in him being found dead. He was with friends on a night out ,the truth is things happen and we can learn from this in the respect when it comes to searching and teams in different countries. I am glad that Jay has been found. In that regard his family can now have closure and begin the grieving process. However a full inquiry should NOW begin, into this whole situation, UP TO and including the Go Fund ME monies and HOW they have been spent up to this point. It's not the outcome, but Jay was found. Some people are never found. A huge thank you to the searchers for not giving up, no matter how long people think it took. That's a pretty good record in comparison to those that are never found. Condolences to his family.

@@RobinWyse bodies are notoriously difficulty to find. There have been cases of hikers missing and years later found by the public yards from areas that were searched. The heavy undergrowth and cacti also make searching very difficult. The ground is an unsayable mix of stones and rubble which easily gives way hence Jays fall . RIP Jay

What annoys me the most are these so-called online reporters spreading outrageous conspiracy theories and exploiting this tragedy to gain more views and subscribers, while the original theory-that he likely got lost, fell, had no water, and tragically passed away alone on a mountain-seemed much more plausible.
It would be plausible if it wasn’t for the fact that he went to this bnb miles away instead of his own hotel a few miles away with a convicted drug dealer who’s statement repeatedly changed. The same person could have dropped him off at his hotel and assuming he was sober as he driving could have helped him at the hotel if he had lost his key. Then his body is found by the police who had already called off the search in an area that had been searched multiple times by the police and various independent searchers and volunteers just as the professional Dutch team arrive.

R.I.P Jay. The person i feel sorry for the most is Lucy. Yes there were a couple of discrepancies with her story, but she was just a very concerned friend in a panic. Everyone who said Lucy is a liar, and is covering things up, and is involved in his disappearance ought to be ashamed of themselves. Imagine the guilt she was going through leaving her friend for him to disappear. I hope everyone that has bad mouthed Lucy realise they were wrong and send out an apology. No one should be publishing any content based purely on rumours and theories. A couple of discrepancies with her statement? Her statement was some of the main information they initially had to go on . How is it she forgot to mention that she rang Ayube after J had rung her? Or is Ayube lying? I’m not saying she is guilty , I am saying that until ALL of the discrepancies in everyone’s statements are cleared up then they are all suspect. Still say something is a miss here. Sadly I think we all knew Jay wasn’t coming back. But stolen watches, drug suppliers, not accepting a charger or waiting for an offered lift, waiting for a bus, cafe next door, heading in completely the opposite direction from safety and being spotted doing so,being panicked, 1% phone battery, going up into the mountains, Either Jay is the most reckless and unlucky bloke to walk the face of the earth or there is something else happened. Hi Harsh. Who found the body? What is being used to identify the body as that of the missing person? What has been done to secure, preserve and protect the scene from 'contamination'? Who is in charge of determining manner, cause and time of death? What evidence exists to establish these things? What evidence exists in the area to corroborate a timeline and movements of the missing person that places him where he was found? The information that answers these questions is what I'm interested in.
My condolences to the family. If that was one of my family members. I would want to know what happened that made him walk into the mountains to his death rather than go back to the B&B. His friends said he was scared. He was telling them he can't go back. Something terrifying must have happened to him there.

Proof 📍 is needed that the body is Jay! The body was found naked with his clothes and belongings next to him.. suspicious and likely other people forced Jay to take his clothes off.. If it is Jay, then he was likely taken there, tortured 📍 and unalived. Some searchers early on said there was a ravine that was fairly near Masca town (where Jay has been found), that was very difficult to get to and was only reachable with ROPES and in a GROUP! The searchers early on said they found in that difficult to reach ravine, abandoned 📍 homesteads with signs of 📍torture, black magic rituals, lots of water bottles and a set of women's clothes. Forensic 📍 tests will show the people that tortured Jay and unalived Jay.
The ravine where Jay has been found can be reached by car and is near barranco 📍 Juan.. where Qassim and other drug boss' telephones showed that they stopped for a 'drink' at 5.30am.. with Jay in their car.. on the 17.06.24 the night that Jay went missing..
Jay was stabbed📍 and attacked on the beach by drug bosses, opposite Papagallos rave club in playa de las Americas Tenerife. Proof on video.

Shortly after a man dressed all in black grabs 📍Jay's arm and drags Jay near the water where a group of men dressed mostly in white are.. Jay is then seen lying motionless on the sand .. whilst the men dig📍 a big hole in the sand .. and put a big plastic bag that seems to have Jay's body inside it..

And it could be one of the other people that have gone missing. They can't let the police there do the identification ,testing and autopsy. This is the easyest way to off someone and cover up facts.

Its been horrible Seeing interviews and social media posts etc from his mother and the family trying to defend themselves whilst going through the worst weeks of their lives it was so heartbreaking.

For me it is suspicious about the video Arnold shows about the commotion in masca village at 2am in the morning with dogs howling even goats and now the find his body? What happened there last night???? And the specialists rescuers landing in Tenerife? And voila he is found.
