If you enjoy the Coin Guy, check out the playlist of all of the videos I have currently done that has included him.. some of you have missed a video or two (15 videos total and growing!) czcams.com/play/PLSzxTesqq0R8IVXESJrncMu0pbbuW28tY.html
I really Really hope this is Part 1 of Part 8 ! I could watch this ALL. DAY.,...LONG! Thanks, Coin Guy. You are Truly a Renaissance Man.
Re-watch the video from the beginning, and when I heard about Mr. Coin guy, saying Philippine coins are goner, made me cried...
Next time you go definately ask if he might do unsearched canadian lots. I'm a huge fan of canadian coinage but would love the thrill of hunting unsearched canadians with potential at older ones
Just watched your coin guy video i enjoyed it like all the other ones when is the next video you should do a live auction video with coin guy.
I've got something real cool. It's a brass, engraved tin, obviously made by hand, I think it might be German, but kn the inside of the lid it has a filigree with the kings crown, and on the outside of the lid there are 2 bullets in each side of a coin. One is German and the other is british. The coin is 1912. The other idk, date is kn the wrong side in the middle there is a bullet drilled through another bullet to form an x. I wish whoever's made it engraved the story. It's real old, clearly made from a very large shell casing
I’m one of those who ordered a box full of the international coins. I felt intimidated at first talking to a celebrity, but Mr Coin Guy was great to deal with - staying humble after becoming famous on CZcams. Hope to order more after your next video upload. Thanks SpegT.
Please do every week a video with this awesome human being and a classy collector/ seller. 😆
Not only I enjoy watching Coin Guy but also this kind of videos are my favorite ones because I'm mostly into foreign coin collecting. This feels like I'm in Heaven!
Everybody can agree that Coin Guy needs to be Inducted in the Hall of Fame For Coin Collecting.
Whoever had that collection should be inducted too.
Matt Erdmann yes!!
LOL...I'm the guy with the 2 boxes mentioned....1 box France and 1 box Switzerland...and boy am I having fun with them!!! I also bought one of the silver grab bags and 20 pounds of the bulk world coins from the first offering....
I'll be happy to consider more, Coin Guy and his son in law are GREAT folks to deal with!! Thanks for introducing them to me Speg!!
@andy anderson I do indeed! I'm currently busy making Christmas gift bundles for some special friends...with world coins from the year of their birth AND in most cases a few coins that were 100 years old the year they were born! makes a VERY cool and interesting gift !!
How did you buy? Online or did you call him?
@@Chrisinsocal I called the shop by phone. Spoke to the son in law Nathan. I am totally happy playing with my coins (that's actually what I'm doing right now! ) and setting up Christmas gifts for friends! If you're looking for something in particular let them know and maybe they will have it.
Coin Guy is SO good for the hobby.....and thank you, Speg, for bringing him to us !! Cheers from San Diego !
Fascinated from beginning to end. Coin Guy is irreplaceable. Encore Encore Encore!!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Sadly, there are not many coin shops like this anymore. They have all become bullion dealers. Coin Guy is like a blast from the past. I love visiting his shop. Always something cool in there!
I love this man ! I would give anything to have just a pinch of his knowledge Guy you are great
@Old coin currancy 3 ok,,,,,,ookoo,,,okok,o,okk
Absolutely love listening to guy talk about the old coinage and how some countries made them. Fascinating!
I love these “coin guy” videos!
Coin guy seems like a really nice person,,, he's someone that can talk to you for weeks straight and never get bored with it. I love meeting people like that, and all the knowledge they have and they love to teach.
The man who put this collection togeather was a life truely well spent , must be the 10th time I’ve watched this video
His knowledge is mind blowing. Thanks for sharing with us.
I love listening to you two. I learned a lot today.
Especially that about the silver in the middle of the Mexican coin’s. I have quite a few of those, never would have known! I would love to visit his store.
Most aren't silver, only a few years
Last guy I talked to with his collection. I said hoard also, and he said excuse me 😂 collector he said not hoarder. That there was no amount of money could buy his collection. And let me tell you what I saw was amazing and totally understood what collecting really is. 👏
Hit the thumbs up if you love the coin guy
Yes please!
two thumbs up from me
I could listen to this guy all day.
I enjoy the hobby, don't get me wrong, but I see coins like this, and collections like this, and I know I'll never have a set anywhere near this. That Hu-Peh china coin is amazing, and these prices just blow me away. Aint got nothing around me like this except one silver shop that sells coins with huge premiums because they have no competitors. We have two local coin shows but it's the same 7 vendors each time. Speg, you're a lucky guy to have shops like this around you.
These guys in Spring Hill are all NYC transplants, Good People. Smart People. I do homing pigeon racing and I'm there yearly to do my visits. Coin guy is top of the tree. Listen up yall
God bless guy,. Thoughts and prayers with your family....Please recuperate well, and I am sure we ALL are thinking of you. Rick of N.C.
It's like being at the coin shop doin coin talk. More coin guy videos! thanks !
I just finished talking with a friend who’s a gold mining engineer. I haven’t seen The coin guy in awhile so here I am . He’s such an honest and wise man. He’s taught me a lot . Thanks . 🙏
14:30 : Hope you grabbed that Prussia 1776 1/3 Thaler with mintmark B, minted in Breslau/ Silesia, Speg ! It would have been a real bargain and a pretty good addition to your Prussian Thaler from 1867 !
Very impressive for Coinguy to go through all those coins, make sure he knows what everything is worth, and maintain his business for his other customers. Many US coin dealers only know US coins, for him to know all those world coins is even more impressive. I would love to sit down with him and talk history.
My day is complete! The Coin Guy rocks!
If I was in your store, I wouldn't want to leave...I am interested in your pocket watches! Amazing!
Just love to listen to Mr. guy talk
I've watched this about a hundred times now. Always a go-to when working on my coin hunt lists. I dream of having a collection like the one this guy traded in. Was happy to snag the countries I was able to get. The golden age of coin collecting I feel is past. 1920s to 1970s was perhaps the best time. Circulating coins were silver, prices were manageable, older coins were out and about in greater frequency. I was born too late to enjoy that time.
Great Video...I am interested in buying some of your coins! Thank you for sharing with us!
Fascinating stuff. Love the history
I love he has that gun strapped to him. I would never argue price with him.
I would to in this business
@Anthony Tsatsis I am sure he is faster. :)
Or talk to his wife...or daughter...son, niece, nephew, dad, mom grandma, and baby mommas sisters cousins husbands grandbabys great grandparents....🙄😃
My local coin shop does the same.
“Ehh how about 50?”
... hand hovers closer to gun
I love the Coin Guy!! The father of goodness and honesty in the coin world!!! I would sell to him and not haggle a stitch I trust and love him so much!!
Thank You !!
Love the fact the coin guy is open carrying in his store!
I do love the coin guy. I just checked to see how far the shop is from me.
Thanks for sharing. I always love watching the coin guy, you can tell he loves what he does :).
Thanks for taking us with. The coin guy sure is a good guy, so informative. Thank-you again!!! 😎🌼
Fun videos! I need to buy this guy a cup of coffee! His knowledge base is STUNNING!👍
GREAT! I could listen to Coin Guy all night. Thanks for sharing and looking forward to more.
Thanks SO much for this video! I really enjoy my history lessons with the Coin Guy and am very thankful to you Speg Tacular for providing these amazing videos. I clap afterwards too! Thanks buddy
His knowledge is crazy!
An honest guy with personality, who knew!
The Coin Guy episodes are easily worth watching at least twice, keep 'em coming!
I love this guy. Hes so honest about what your seeing and buying. That's why I follow.
Coin Guy needs to be a regular on here. Such a nice fellow and so much knowledge Very interesting.
I have 15 videos with him.. sounds pretty regular to me ;)
;@@Spegtacular Yeah, but I meant like a weekly show. :-)
"Au" Oh... I thought the boxes labled "Au" WERE ALL GOOOLLLDD!!! Oh, well... Au="Almost Uncirculated".... IMHO
Mary Shelly wrote Frankenstein while on vacation in the Swiss alps.
But where did he live?
@@Spegtacular Sorry to burst your bubble, but it was fiction.............haha sorry couldn't help myself.
This was so great! I think CoinGuy should have a LiveCam during working hours so we can just sit and watch and listen to his wisdom, God Bless America!
Every time that I watch one of your videos, I'm purely amazed in both of your knowledge. Amazing.
1 hour with coin guy time to grab the popcorn
I'm from England and love your interviews with Coin Guy.
Great stuff. Thanks again, coin guy. You are the BEST!
Four days dang going to be staring at this screen for awhile 🤷♂️
In the early days of aluminum, it was so rare, the honored guests of Napolean ate dinner with aluminum cutlery instead of gold or silver.
@Anthony Tsatsis Imagine if gold or silver were as common, you could recycle it for 10 cents a can.
I love this guy. He is awesome talented, with gun in holster. God bless this man.
Teasing ! Can’t wait!
Speg, we really appreciate these coin guy videos! Has some funny moments and great information, pretty awesome to see all these coins too!
In loving memory of Coin Guy. Great man
Wait what.. Coin Guy is alive. I’m looking at him right now
I had no idea that Mexican coin was silver! I have bags of those! Now I’m sitting here looking into them I have a shit load of silver in those coins! We went there twice when I was a kid and I brought back as many coins as I could. I know my parents have a bunch too.
I absolutely love these interviews. Thank you.
Hope to stop by and say hi this coming winter. Your items are better than Disneyworld!
You have inspired a new fascination with foriegn again. Thank you. There are a lot of beautiful coins out there.
Great Video!! Love this Guy and his Knowledge, Thank You for continuing to bring him to us. Yes, we are addicted, and need more, haha.
I don't know when this video was released, but I've been watching over and over again since it was released. Its a another perfect video, you did it again Jesse. Coinguy videos are legendary and thanks again for bringing another to us.
Now I can resume watching your videos, I think i saw this one enough ;P

Glad you enjoyed it!
Coin Guy's got the best job in the world.
I wish I lived in Florida. I'd be working there Yesterday.
FUNNNNNNNK! this collection is SpegTacular! wow
I remember this coin shop in Spring Hill when I lived there, now back in Connecticut, this man always hooked me up with good coins for cheap especially wheat pennies!
LOL she was 44! haha Gotta love it. JJ Thanks Speg!
I'm Filipino but my collection is focused on pre 1949 imperial era Japanese coins. Love your videos!
Fantastic video. Coin Guy is incredible.
This is the 11th time I have watched this video , it makes me very happy 🥰
I could lock myself in a room for a year and just search and search . Just slide my supper under the door
ThT was a long video but I was entertained the whole time
And late for work
The hard part is having all the knowledge to know about all of that stuff
Thank you for doing another great video with Coin Guy.
Wow! Awesome prices on the crowns!!!
Four days that’s even more coffee then last time🤣
Amazing coins and lot of fun. Any Peruvian coins?? Hi from NYC!
Try his website.
Love these videos! So much knowledge shared!
Great interview Speg! Had a lot of funny moments I had to laugh about and it was very educational about the coins and it’s history. Well done!
I’m glad you got a laugh and enjoyed it. Mission accomplished for me.
Great video of some very neat world coins! :) GL & HH
You are lucky having that lot to look through - I would be there for days and end up probably keeping most of them lol
I’d love to get a mix of countries! Like Britain, French, German. Preferably a good mix of ages, some old some newer . What a amazing collection.
Grabbed a big of chips, watch this Video on TV lol good show
You actually read my mind Spegtacular. I was thinking to trade all my Philippines silvers here for that pre 1800s box :)
Was happy to hear from the Coin Guy that our Philippines-US issued coins are also popular there in the US. We also collect them by mints.
Looking forward to your next visit to the Coin Guy. That shop will be one of my first stops once I visit there
Best regards from the Philippines
I LOVE THE COIN GUY..when all this craziness is over im taking a vacation, I hope he has some goodies right up my alley, something tells me he will LOL thank you so much have a great day do you have the best videos ever you are such a vital member of this community spectacular 2024!
Great vid. Interesting gent the Coin Guy. Hope to see more from the Coin Guy.
Watched the entire thing and at the end I was like that’s all lol 😆 thanks 🙏🏻
Yay! Go CoinGuy!
Really like his enthusiasm :) That's the kind of guy I want to deal with.
Most informative hour of my day 🙌
That man loves his job! That is so much to go through. That would take me two years.
regarding the German imperial coins (1871-1918)...back side is the same (eagle - 2 different types...early and later type), interesting is the avers...where every state has its own coat of arms or head of monarch...e.g. there was a king of Bavaria (everyone knows Ludwig II. builder of Neuschwanstein castle, who died under mysterious circumstances) whos picture is shown on the bavarian coins of the respective time period
This a gonna be another brilliant video !
I have to stop your store someday soon, i down in Palm Harbor.
Oh no but I’m ready now dang it
Ooooh, an hour of coin guy!
Those Scandinavian coins had some serious volatility. That Danish coin was probably going for that a few years back, but they came back to earth some. Same with Norwegian coins too.
I think one can get a pretty much lower price for many coins if bought inside Norway. Not a big marked, so even silver coins can be bought below spot privately.
Love to visit this shop! 😀
Thanks for the show it would be awesome to buy one of these boxes and look trough them.
Not much I can say other than, this was an awesome vid & always enjoy you & The Coin guy going through the coins.
