मेरे को बोलने और हसने में परेशानी होता है मुझे ऐसा होता है जैसे की मेरा दिमाग मेरे को एकदम चुप एकदम चुप करा रहा है और इतना चुप और शांत की मेरा मुंह एकदम चिपक जाता है और फिर मुझे बोलने और हसने में दिकत होता है क्यों की मेरा दिमाग मेरा पूरा हद से ज्यादा ही मुंह बंद कर देता है और यह 24 घंटे हमेशा रहता है और दिन भर में एक दो बार हद से ज्यादा यह बीमारी मेरे दिमाग पर हावी हो जाता है

I hv doubt in mind that overdose of antidepressants could increase this symptoms. From last 6 months i hv been taken serta 100 & vilazodone 20 with regularly lithium hcl. Under med. Supervision.
