So it's November 2021 and here I am watching this video over and over. I will be 65 next month. Les was just a little bit older than me. I still adore Les. He had such a great voice. The guys never received the credit they deserved. Just finished reading Les' book. I think it was written in 2003. Sad that there was so much animosity between Les and Eric. RIP Alan, Ian and Les. You are missed.

My mum went mad my aunty had it specially made on holiday 3 months earlier to me it was perfect for doing shang a lang to. Always dreamt of meeting Eric missed him visiting my local by 1 week few years ago felt like crying once a Roller always a Roller

I did the sound last night for eric faulkners bay city rollers(@the fort new brighton on the wirral),honestly mate they were amazing,and beleave me when you see eric playing fiddle you would probably be even more speechless than i was considering you recon they cant play! They sound very diffrent now though,leaning more towards (i kid u not) a hard rock sound.

Donna Liberatore Yes, Alan was very handsome. I mean my goodness those dimples and that smile. Unfortunately as a kid I didn’t appreciate his looks when they first hit America in 1975. My appreciation grew when he rejoined in ‘78. 🥰

There are some great videos on CZcams of these guys from around 1981 - a live concert from Japan. There's also a cd called "RollerWorld" - a live album. Both of these are terrific! You need to get passed "My Teenage Heart". I love the song, but they're so much more then that.
