Free tip, pre snap reads against good players rarely matter. Probably the most important thing to pay attention to is safety rotation post snap and identifying if an outside corner is immediately turning to run deep, moving to your wr, or squaring up to play a flat.
Post snap reads are definitely important, but if you already give them all the information they need to know pre-snap you're putting yourself in a worse situation to begin with.
if you call a man beater . But read zone post snap. What plays do you call that allows you to still have reads. ? My problem is that if I read cover 3 I have beaters for it, but if I read man post snap. Then I’m forced to throw the ball away. So basically if I make the right pre snap reads I’m good. If I’m wrong post snap . I’m in trouble cause my man beaters don’t beat zone and my zone beater don’t beat man
@2playschemeo.p.croutes724 for me mind you I'm not as good as the guys from huddle, I usually have a drag or a whip route on the field. Drags and whips can still be used to pull flat zones that aren't zone dropped and it gives you an option for man and zone drops. Jmo

@HuddleGG this is fair. Plus your tip is more from a defensive standpoint.

How do you beat this kind of base align press? Since the misalignment really doesn’t matter since it’s Madden
Do they have plays like this in nickel?
Not this year. They have in the past.
What about against trips
This tip is not formation specific so you can do the same steps talked about in the video against any formation.
@HuddleGG ok cool I just was thinking about man to man in base aline
It should adjust your man assignments to the appropriate player if you play man in base align.
Let's go
