  • Mark Gomding “We spent the rest of the day in Portland Cottage, Rocky Point, Mitchell Town in Clarendon. The devastation is massive, not just to homes but to livelihoods as fishing is a main source of income.
Leading the tour was Cllr. @scean_b , MP Caretaker for South East Clarendon and Cllr for Hayes Division
We are appealing to the Government to seek outside help in getting the poles, power lines and infrastructure for electricity back up. We also are appealing for a system to be put in place for emergency water to be transported to communities such as these that find themselves without potable water. Food relief is also needed immediately.
    Time is of the essence.”
