Bricksie I hope you’re able to see this message, but I think the Hogsmeade shops would look much better on the platform and Santa’s visit house would look better on the lower portion to the left of the rink. The hogsmeade shops blend with what Main Street shops, and that way you have the cottage down low with the elf house and workshop. Just a thought for how to make the layout flow better! Great vid! :)
I actually work at the Lego store and lately they’ve been sending us pieces curated to the holidays. So right now we have a bunch of Halloween type ones: spiders, webs, tombstones, flames, etc and have starred to put out more winter ones like the white plates, white tiles, snowflakes, etc. also winter village looks great and that clip of you is hilarious 😂
Village looks great so far man! Feel like you should move the trolley down to the bottom level tho. There’s a lot of different paths up top but not many down below. Plus that allows for the toboggan hill to start from the upper level and not lead straight into the ice rink.
I love the new sledding hill! Once it has the details and mini figs on it, I think it'll look really good. And love the tobaggoning clip included in this video, brings back some good old memories!
Love the winter village update, one of my favorites! Also - I think you need some snow detailing on the tree since it's outside, seems odd that there would not be any. Also - I wouldn't do the tree farm as I don't think you'd have enough space and it'd seem too cramped. What I'd do is build an igloo or two using the masonry bricks from the Queer Eye set! Maybe have a snowball fight with some kids using the same masonry bricks as a barrier? Endless opportunities. Looks great though! You get so much done in these videos!
The toboggan clip will always get a good chuckle out of me. It reminds me of a snowboarding wipe out I had, where my helmet flew off and went 20 feet uphill
Seriously glad you didn’t break your neck! Your awesome winter village brought to my mind the sage words of Frank Zappa: “Watch out where the huskies go; don’t you eat that yellow snow”! ☃✌
Looks good! Have you thought about putting some of those snow "tooth" things on the Christmas tree as well? It looks like it should have some snow on it.
I always thought the quality of your videos was awesome and hearing you were cutting back on your upload schedule to make better quality videos and spend more time with your family made me happy. I must say this video already is better quality and made me laugh quite a few times and your new upload schedule just started!! Keep up the amazing work and enjoy your time with your family!
did you know duplo is compatible with 2x Lego bricks? you can usually find duplo at second hand stores. They can make up a cheap alternative to building up bulk below these higher structures like this hill.
That's a beautiful creation so far Bricksie, the addition of the toboggan hill is visually appealing and adds to the scenery very nicely indeed ☃⛄🏂🏂⛸⛸❄❄
I felt it when you wiped out on that jump. I did something very similar, and managed to bite through my lip to the tune of two stitches. Didn't stop me from doing it again the next winter, just made the ramp smaller.
Haha! I remember that spill. Glad you were ok! Loving the winter village. My Holiday Main St, Christmas Tree, Ornaments, and Polar Bears came in yesterday. Looking forward to building all of them.
looks amazing! as an easter egg you should maybe do star wars hoth cave scene in the cave off to the side maybe...have luke hanging upside down haha would be amazing easter egg
I love the uploads keep up the great work!! And that little clip of you riding down the hill off the ramp. Did the snow cushion your fall? Just curious. :)
There's a lot of straight lines with the trolly / road / path all next to each other and in parallel. Eliminating the trolly would help make for a much better scene. you'd also be able to remove some of the rocks, particularly on that left side with hogsmede and you'd be able to build another white hill on the way up with the additional space removing the trolly. Would make it all blend in together better. Just a thought.
Dude you have literally the best winter themed village using all legit "winterized" sets/themes. On top of adding the ice skate and xmas tree and NOW THE toboggan hill! Bro all that is missing is a small snowball fight with a mini snow fortress and half minifig leg "children" throwing snow at each-other. Maybe find a small corner on the bottom right of the diorama, I think that would be epic.
Hey doing it early… You’ll have it for a while when it makes sense. i was thinking maybe putting this under the big city in the summer and build like a summer battle scene or something like that. I just feel like in July its not gonna make sense. Have a good one!
Hi Bricksie I have a suggestion for the winter village maybe you could add a cave were the holes are and if you have a yeti big fig that would be great for that. Keep up the great work!
This looks amazing. I got into Lego when the first Christmas set came out and we have every single one ever released. I will be so excited when we have a big enough house to do a huge display. Right now it’s just folding tables and the next 3 years it’s going to be what can fit on open spaces we already have. Downsizing sucks.
We got Snow in Wisconsin Last week. We had 80s on Tuesday and needed ac. Snow Thursday. Also I got these LED Dewdrop Lights for $3.50 US at Target ( pretty sure Walmart has them). There 9feet. You can get regular light or multi-color. That would work great with the village. I got them for my Lego shelf n Hogwarts.
The winter village and the hill are really looking great. Maybe you should also add some more snow to some of the roofs of the buildings. You made quite a jump and a hard landing in that video. But glad to see you are ok. :)
It's coming along nice man .hope yar enjoying yar more free time with the bubz and not haveing to stress on doing daily up loads...and will be back to it soon as U can. Even thos I had to sale my few winter villiage sets an reef I hope to get the new winter villiage set santa reindeer sled battle pack set I keep the two snow ball set with reindeer build in side it and snow man love the Lego brick print on the red ribbon to hang the up in window on each side ..
Bro the live action shot thrown "JUST GONNA SEND IT!" your lego content is top notch but that clip might go down as one of my favorite bricksie clips
This is an amazing winter village. That jump..wow.. the memories. ..ouch
Never get sick of seeing that winter sliding footage. Lol. 🏂 ❄️
Winter scene looks great!
100 percent agree
I love the winter village. It reminds me of this antique porcelain Christmas village my grandma uses to expand her miniature nativity scene

Love this winter village. Hope you enjoy this process and make it a chrismas tradition for Bricksie family!

The effect of all the snow detailing looks amazing !
The village is looking amazing. All the intricate details are impressive. As always, enjoy your videos.
Winter village looking so great! ❄️❄️❄️🏂❄️❄️❄️

Winter village looks great! If there was room you could add the home alone house
Adding the white LEGO pieces really gives the winter village that snow detail. Which makes me love it even more
I love the new sledding hill! Once it has the details and mini figs on it, I think it'll look really good. And love the tobaggoning clip included in this video, brings back some good old memories!
This keeps getting better, I really want to make one and just update it for each holiday of the year.
Thank you for the cool technique video for a sloped hill.
Super excited to see the minifigures placed! Great work as always ⛄️

Looking great. 🤩

This was the best transformation yet! Looking so much better as all your ideas start to come together!
i LOVE the classic Arctic guy. Details like that are what make it so fun to check out MOC's.
You should add some snow details to the Christmas Tree.
Impressive landing on the toboggan hill Jordan 😂
Looks good! Have you thought about putting some of those snow "tooth" things on the Christmas tree as well? It looks like it should have some snow on it.
I love seen this build it's so cool I especially love the decorations and bright colors

Love the video and the winter village layout. Seeing you on the hill brought back many fond memories. Great work bricksie
Looks Awesome man. You could use that area for future big holiday themes as well. Xmas, halloween village, Summer ect ect
did you know duplo is compatible with 2x Lego bricks? you can usually find duplo at second hand stores. They can make up a cheap alternative to building up bulk below these higher structures like this hill.
Looks absolutely fantastic! 😍

You should put some white 1 by 2 slope mixed in with the grey cable to make it look snowed on
Your winter village looks amazing. I really enjoy watching your videos, they are really inspiring.
looks amazing! as an easter egg you should maybe do star wars hoth cave scene in the cave off to the side maybe...have luke hanging upside down haha would be amazing easter egg
You should put a little jack skeleton in the cave
do the modular thing
Your winter village looks amazing. I love it
The kids will love this scenic village in a year or two.
I love the uploads keep up the great work!! And that little clip of you riding down the hill off the ramp. Did the snow cushion your fall? Just curious. :)
Looks awesome!
Epic tumble! And the the village is looking fantastic. Nice snow details

Looks good. I'd love to see the coffee cart in here somewhere. Maybe between the tree and the toboggan hill up against the rock face.
Looks really good! You can build some snowmobiles and place out in the winter village❄️ from your swedish fan again🇸🇪🇸🇪
snow way...it looks awesome!
I love the toboggan jump. That was hilarious to see. I would probably have the same issue. Lol.

You should put brown 1x4 tiles on the tram track and then snow on top
i watch your videos every day, awesome stuff!
Looks great so far. When you start placing minifigs, you should think about having some of them having a snowball fight.
