I find that if u like listening to music, listen to whatever you want, just listen to it on low volume. try to also have things that u want to use to do your work. for some, that's a ballpoint pen, gel pen, etc; this encourages me, but maybe you, to do work bc i low-key feel like a study gram which is important for inspo! these tips have really helped me (as well AS BINGE WATCH JASMINES VIDS) and i'm proud to say i recently got the best report card i've ever gotten after a year of what i think was trash marks (im really critical of myself so yeah in retrospect they aren't the worst lol). smh just be kind to urself and listen to what u need to do

So, last month I was playing with notification settings in iPhone. Now, I only get banners for "important stuff". But, if I slide down, I still see all notifications about mail, uploads on youtube, notifications from IG etc. It works perfect, I'm spending less time on my phone. Also, if I want to be notified about YT uploads, I have to click the bell on my PC browser, if I do it on my phone, it will take me to notification settings - that way I get notified in notifications list (slide down) but not with the sound of the banner. Keep up the good work, I wish I was like you in your age. You make me wanna go to school again :)

Maybe in future I should just finish what it is I am working on, and THEN decide and hopefully overtime I will learn to cope with things not being perfect.
For me, if I take all the worksheets, notes, textbooks etc. out and put it in a basket on my desk before i start working it helps me to get things done significantly.
