If you use a different compression codec, assuming you used the Unity "Recorder" package, you'd get a better output :D

this comparison seem unfair beacuse doesn't seem like your using the right codec and that UE output seems to be at the highest possible output in mobile mode where unity is in mobile mode but a lower output

Unity is much better in lightmapping quality and leaf rendering quality on mobile platforms
