Reforge for more block. Your grimcrack will do so much more damage and proc more. You can reforge it to 20 percent, then when you use your punish it will be 50 percent block chance. It helps a lot.
In my upcoming video I will talk about reforge bonuses.
The problem with block from reforges is that it's debuff by 66% for pvp so you will get only around 5% block increase even if all your reforges has block chance.
@@RigersGaming-vf6go that is true my reforge bonus is 3 barrier 2 jolt my char is design for tank but now there are useless now i dont know but tempest is OP right now
@@RigersGaming-vf6go didn’t know it was for block chance as well. Works fine for myself and a few other saders on my server. Legand top 10 every season because of it. Check out lilo on the fallen server.

Sets: 4pc vithus, 4pc mountbank
Legs: head - Arrant ignition
Chest - Akarat rebuke
Shoulder - Folly of zakarum
Pants - Lightstriders
Swords - Horn splitter, Bristle
Shields - Torential refrain, peer of sturbend
Skills: sacred fire, banner, draw and quarter, condemn, conjuration
Paragon if you don't have pet with saviour Old surviver
I'm around 2900 reso is this build viable?
It depends more on the power of your most common opponents than your own.
If you face players from 1000-3999 than it should work but if your opponents are 4000-6000 than not and you will have better to play more as a support.

Tempest is very op now its unli stun unli armor and so many immunity...
Yes need smash hammer nerf , aslo high dps too lol
Yea it's very hard to play vs Tempest insane dmg and almost unkillable.

I'm using Protector with +5% block chance and remnants are with size and Hp increase and the others with shield and dmg reduction.
