In BG i'm using the brawler paragon. More tanky with extra shiled. Combine it with 4 piece mountbank + frozen heart. It's actualy pretty good.

I'm using Brawler too but the skills are from old paragon warden before they change the structure of paragons

You should by able to log on new server but there is a risk of ban. Because buying an account is allowed only in China.
On the other hand I know some people from my server who did this and they are not banned.
